By the time I was 30, I had a lot of "bad teeth" removed. Partials and bridges filled the holes, on both sides of my upper and lower jaws. I saw Dr. Rodriguez for a broken tooth based on a referral from a oral surgeon who believed that Dr. Rodriguez's expertise in prosthodontics could give me better advice. Dr. Rodriguez not only examined my broken tooth, but gave me a completed assessment of all my teeth. She has the best credential of all the dental experts I consulted. I was impressed with her resume of specialty training, experience, and teaching qualifications. Dr. Rodriguez is clearly at the top of her field, but I was even more impressed with her as a kind and caring person who is genuinely concern with her patient's well being. She took her time to examine all my teeth, explained in detailed what issues there were and sympathized with me as I tried to digest a lot of information. She did not try to pressure me into a treatment plan, but urged me to take steps to insure that I do not lose my teeth. Dr. Rodriguez was a referral from my son's PCP, (Primary Care Physician), the front office staff are very nice and professional. We received the initial consultation, I was super impressed by how throughout Dr. Rodriguez explains what will happen during the procedure. My son and I were very comfortable with the explanation and now knew exactly what to expect. When we returned for the actual procedure, Dr. Rodriguez reviewed what will take place again and how long it should take. I then returned to the waiting area and I was served some delicious tea to help me relax - even though I wasn't the one getting worked on that day. Their office is so clean and very modern, while all of the staff are extremely attentive, by the way, they all have excellent looking teeth too. Dr.Rodriguez explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout my various visits. She even made time to see me at her other office the same day I had called needing a pain prescription. I decided to try Permadent because I remembered my first experience with an implant (elsewhere) to be terrifying and extremely painful even though everything was fine in the end. I thought since they had so much experience they would know more ways to make this procedure more comfortable and less scary. I was right. Other than some minor discomfort after procedure everything was virtually painless. The Operating room was impressive , Dr. Rodriguez and all of the staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Schwarz and his entire team for an extensive multi-hour surgery for bone grafting with aim to be able to generate enough bone density to place several implants in a few months. Dr Schwarz and his team made me feel at ease and really took care of me from the day before surgery when the aenesthesist called me late in the evening to right before surgery when Kim called me and explained all surgery steps, as well as after the surgery when they brought me back to my wife's car. My 15 year old son needed to get his wisdom teeth extracted, he wears braces so we needed to get those removed to extract the teeth. I have known Dr. Perry Klokkevold for over 20 years and during that time he has performed many dental procedures including multiple implants and gum surgeries. He is a very fine oral surgeon and the work he has done for me has been very successful. He always explains in detail about any of the procedures he is going to perform.
