Professional and reasonably priced. My child needed wisdom teeth pulled and we were originally referred to a different oral surgeon (who shall remain nameless) who's costs were very high. Their office was also cluttered and dingy. It didn't feel right. So I called around to different offices to ask and compare prices. I am so happy to have found Dr. Oseas office. It was clean and organized. Receptionists were friendly and communicative. Since I was comparing costs, I asked and they were very transparent both about the evaluation cost and treatment costs after the evaluation. I ended up switching to Dr.Oseas and glad we did! I appreciate Dr. Oseas and his skill; However his billing department and the "office Manager" could use some help with her billing skills and customer service. I had a procedure in March of 2025. I did not get a bill and had paid my portion of the bill based on the estimate. I received a phone in January of 2026 that my dental insurance was not paying. I had to make several calls in February 2026 to Medicare (who Dr. Oseas is not a provider for) and my dental insurance. The bill was paid in March 2026 by my dental insurance. They had not received any requests for payment until November of 2025. Today I received a bill for a very small amount with a note that my "Balance is overdue! Action my be taken by a collection agency". Wow, is all I can say..... I am certain they would not have gotten paid unless I did all the leg work. I am not going back to this office. read more

Deceptive Billing Practices and Zero Transparency -- Beware! Not doubting the skills of the surgeons themselves, but this office operates with an alarming lack of transparency. I came in for a simple consultation regarding wisdom teeth removal. During the visit, they recommended additional x-rays -- which I assumed were part of the consultation or at least something they would disclose the cost for beforehand. To my surprise, when we finished, I was hit with a $331 bill for x-rays I was never informed would be extra. As a recent college graduate trying to make ends meet, an unexpected charge like that is devastating -- and frankly, unethical. When I questioned the surprise bill, I was lectured about "common courtesy" and told that paying the balance is expected. I agree -- but isn't it also common courtesy to advise a patient of potential costs before performing a service? The lack of honesty and compassion from the staff was shocking. Now, instead of addressing their own mistake, they've chosen to threaten me with collections. That tells you everything you need to know about how this office treats patients once they have your information on file. If you value transparency, ethics, and basic decency -- avoid this office at all costs. The issue was the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF APOLOGY OR EMPATHY shown by your staff following your office's error that caused me and my family inconvenience and distress. 2. You and I never spoke about this. However, I went back and listened to your voicemail one more time. I must have missed the part where you apologized. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This review is primarily for the front desk staff at Dr. Oseas, who bears the primary responsibility for why I decided to cancel my daughter's oral surgery with Dr. Oseas. The estimated cost for the surgery without insurance was high (over $3000), so I had asked them to do an insurance pre-determination on September 6, 2024. When I called mid-September to say that the insurance did not show anything from them, the front desk staff brushed my concern aside, saying that the paperwork was physically mailed and it takes time (showed zero empathy!). I then waited patiently and called the insurance on September 27, 2024. I was shocked to discover that the paperwork was submitted by Dr. Oseas' office with a historical date of service of September 13th, i.e. indicating that they had already performed the surgical procedures - not true, because the procedure date was October 18, 2024. The insurance company had processed it as a claim, not a pre-determination. The insurance representative was super helpful. She first cancelled the original claim, so that they don't end up paying Dr. Oseas for a procedure he never performed. Then, showing empathy which Dr. Oseas' staff has completely lacked, the insurance rep said "I see your daughter's surgery is coming up. Let me try to get a hold of their office and see if we can walk them through an electronic filing for a pre-determination, otherwise I am concerned that we may not make it in time for the surgery". So, while I was on hold, the insurance rep called them and confirmed back to me that they had walked Dr. Oseas' staff through the electronic submission, and hopefully that would happen soon. I then called Dr. Oseas' office later that same day. I asked if the electronic pre-determination had been filed. I was told brusquely - no apologies, nothing - that it was being done. I then asked to pickup a copy of the CT Scan images they had done on September 6th, which I had paid for out of pocket: $315. The lady, who used her being new to the office as an excuse, said she would need to check with the doctor before she can confirm back with me if they can give me the images. I did not appreciate her response. I told her that I need the images and that they are required by law to give me the images. I told her that instead of acting this way, they should apologize for filling a claim with a false historical date. She then said to me "you called earlier and we apologized to you multiple times". I said, what are you talking about, that is a lie, I never spoke with you and no one ever apologized to me, you must be mistaking me for someone else, but she kept repeating that lie, and then started telling me "I don't need to be called a liar". You're the one who told a lie: that I called earlier and you apologized to me. I told her I needed to get the CT images and to speak with the Doctor. She still would not commit to a time and date to give me the CT Scan, saying the doctor would call me back - unbelievable!!!!!!! I had to call them 2 more times before I was able to get them to give me a date and time to pick up the CT Scan images. This is not how any doctor's office should treat their customers. I have moved my daughter's care to a different Oral Surgeon, whose office has already shown much better communication and professionalism. read more

I was referred to this oral surgeon by our pediatric dentist Dr. Shari Carrol and what a wonderful and excellent recommendation. I have an 8 yr old with a fybroma on the inside of his lip. Called to make appointment and was accommodated within days. The office is super nice, great staff, very calm and zen. They send you patient forms by text message and when we got there we were whisked away to the room. Diana was the amazing dental assistant to help us. And then the super star Dr.Oseas made his grand entrance within less than 5 minutes. He explained the 2 possibility's that we were looking at. And recommended we remove it sooner than later, was able to get us in the following day. My 8yr old was super nervous about having his bump removed, but Diana came and got him, I had to stay in waiting room. They took such excellent care of him. Dr. Oseas called us that evening to check on him. Procedure was done in a blink of an eye. I highly recommend this amazing office for any oral surgery. They see kids and are super patient. I had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday by Dr. Brothers. I'm a senior woman in my 70's and I was so frightened to have this procedure and scared of the general anesthesia! Dr. Brothers and the team were professional, kind, and assured me that I would be fine. They prepped me for the procedure and soothed my worries. The next thing I knew was that the tooth was out and they told me how well it went and helped to escort me to recovery room! Wow, it was easy! Dr Oseas has performed two surgeries on each of my three children. They all had a supernumerary tooth removed as kids (as young as 3 years old) and their wisdom teeth out as teenagers. His office is comfortable, staff is pleasant and patient care is great. What I appreciate most is that he personally calls to check on them in the evening. When my 3 year old had surgery he had a pediatric anesthesiologist come and assist with surgery since he was so young. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Oseas' work! I have a 15 year old that has autism and high anxiety and the entire experience was great. The office was calm so my son's anxiety was not off the roof. The place is immaculate. After the initial consultation my son seemed eager to get this done; he was not having any problems with the teeth, so that is not why he was eager. I knew it went well when I went to the recovery room and my son said, "they didn't do the surgery yet." His face wasn't bloody and swollen when I walked in. My son never was in any real pain afterwards. I kept the Tylenol going every 4 hours for the first few days because I didn't want the pain to start. Even with that, I made the doses smaller because he didn't seem to need them. I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was a kid and it was a way different experience. I woke up on the first tooth and stayed awake and heard them braking my teeth and the Dr. telling the assistant not to hold my hand. She must have been a mom and saw a child pain I was in and tried to comfort me. My oral surgeon shortly retired after my surgery, so he was an old dinosaur using old dinosaur ways. Dr. Oseas is not fresh out of school and not close to retirement age; his methods align with today's methods of pain management and not so invasive surgery. Right after surgery, I saw my son all cleaned up with a face that looked normal. I walked out into the waiting room after my surgery and made a little girl cry I looked so terrible. My son's experience was a 1000% better than mine. Because of this I will always highly recommend Dr. Oseas. read more

I have an Autistic son that needed his wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Brothers was highly recommended. Our first visit was the consultation, an exam was done, what was recommended and a cost breakdown. We opted to get a local anesthesia for our son knowing this was the best option for him. His appointment was scheduled to sync with the anesthesiologist and appointment #2 was scheduled on a Friday. Our son being our son, was very excited about his oral surgery, (this is how comfortable he was)...he was telling his classmate; the morning of his surgery he woke up got dressed and was ready to go before 7 am (again...this is how excited and comfortable he was), even though his appointment wasn't for a few more hours. We got to his appointment, we met the anesthesiologist Dr. Quinn, showed our son what she was going to do and off we went to operating room, we were able to stay and my husband held his hand until he fell asleep. Less than an hour later, he was done! We went to the recovery room where he was knocked out snoring. Dr. Brothers came in the room to check up on him, told us what to expect in the upcoming days....bleeding, swelling and some pain, he recommended to rotate tylenol and ibuprofen every three hours as need and it worked, my son didn't complain once about it hurting. Appointment #3 was scheduled a week later...all was good and he's back to normal. This office is great! Its clean, very calming, quiet and the staff is wonderful...especially Dr. Brothers and Dr. Quinn, they made this experience for our son painless, comfortable and drama free. Please go see them! When my baby (17 months) had a tumble, the doctors provided compassionate, timely, and expert care! Unfortunately, one of the teeth had to be aided out. I was encouraged to stay with him and hold him while they performed the procedure. They played a show for him on the TV while we discussed options. They gave him a little bunny and a balloon when we left. They really couldn't have made an unfortunate event more calming and reassuring. A few days ago, my dentist suggested to extract 2 wisdom teeth that were giving me some problems. This happened quite suddenly and I was very nervous. I was lucky to be referred to this amazing DDS and his great staff. Withing one hour from the reccommandation I had already been welcomed, x-rayed and pampered at the point that I barely felt any pain during the procedure. The office is spotlessly clean, Dr Oseas is very caring and has great bed manners. I really can't say enough about him. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mark E. Oseas DDS, his surgical skills and professional demeanor; his knowledgeable, informative and always friendly staff, calming atmosphere, punctuality. To sum it up, I felt confident that I was in very good hands. My surgery was in the morning and in the evening Dr. Oseas called to see how I was doing. I'm impressed. What a great way to treat your patients. He and his staff had already gained my confidence at the pre-op visit, when he, with the aid of a full mouth x-ray, explained my problem (embedded, infected lower right wisdom tooth), the procedure to extract it, and gave me the opportunity and time to ask all the questions I had. The procedure was painless and today, my third day after surgery, I'm on the mend. The following regiment has kept me pain-free since surgery: Day of surgery: 2 pain pills (Norco) every 4 hours. Faithfully applied ice for the first 24 hours as recommended. 1st and 2nd day after surgery: 1 pain pill every 6 hours 3rd day after surgery: Will aim to switch from Norco to an over-the-counter pain pill such as Advil tomorrow. I'm also taking antibiotics for 7 days. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mark E. Oseas DDS and his staff and would NOT go anywhere else if I ever needed oral surgery again. read more

First time patient of Dr. Oseas and I was very pleased with the entire visit. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the work of Dr. Oseas. Growing up I had a lot of bad experiences with dental procedures, so I was a little nervous driving to the procedure. But the staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable like I was family. I got all my wisdom teeth removed so when I woke up from the procedure, I was expecting to be in pain. All I felt was the gauze in the gaps and felt no pain. I was prescribed pain medication....didn't even need it at all. I know people will read this and say its bs, but I know what I felt and it was not pain. I would like to thank Dr. Oseas and his staff for doing a great job on making my visit pleasant and painless. Wow, not really sure how to rate. I know we cannot control our staff, but seriously communication is critical. Major breakdown there. I like many people need clear explanations about medical procedures. I asked a few times for a simple e mail giving me a breakdown of the process and cost. Still waiting.... I paid nearly $1500.00 to have a tooth pulled, still need bone graft and an implant . Still no e mail even after speaking directly to Mark. Back to Dr. Brian Novak, he will provide me with the necessary information and break out the cost factors clearly. Dr. Oseas is a wonderful Oral Surgeon. I am someone who is extremely fearful of the dentist, so finding out that I needed to have a dental implant really terrified me. Dr. Oseas and his staff all worked together to make my experience very pleasant, and they made sure to calm my nerves. My first appointment with them was just a consultation. They have a beautiful office and state of the art equipment. They made sure to do a thorough job of explaining what the process would be, and to ensure that I need not to worry. My second appointment was the removal of the tooth and bone graft, and the third was the actual implant. They made sure I was warm and comfortable for both procedures, and followed up with a phone call to make sure I was doing okay. Every time I go to my regular dentist and they do X-rays, they always tell me how great my implant looks. Dr. Oseas also worked with my dentist to make sure that all was set up for the crown to be placed a few months later. If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Oseas and his staff I would. read more

Just had my wisdom tooth pulled today and boy was I a nervous wreck. I had been dreading this moment for years! The doctor and staff were so comforting and helpful. I began the surgery feeling completely nervous but they were able to calm me down and as the anesthesia kicked in, I felt at total ease.
