I have gone to Dr. Lim for 20 years. He is talented and passionate about his craft. His work is better than any dentist I have ever seen. He was the first to explain to me that overhangs on fillings are not acceptable. He is also the first dentist to give me a shot that was painless. My visit to Dr. Lim came on the heel of some not so great news - last year, my usual family doctor passed away and as a result, I recently went in to see Dr. Lim, following my trusted hygienist to his office. Growing up in a frugal Asian family, I have always been taught to be wary of dentists. Well, Dr. Lim completely quashed all trepidation I had with my first visit. He is extremely personable and really took an interest in getting to know my dental history to paint the full picture. As someone who grew up very mistrusting of dentists, I got nothing but "good vibes" as they say from Dr. Lim. Dr. Lim is a great dentist! He's patient, kind, and will walk you through the procedure before he does it. He's also very skilled so he'll tackle most procedures himself instead of just doing all of the easy stuff and referring all of the hard stuff that he doesn't feel like dealing with. I had such a great visit at Dr. Lim's! I went to get two of my wisdom teeth pulled out, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. My first wisdom tooth extraction experience with a different dentist was nowhere as good as the experience I had at Dr. Lim's! He walked me through the process in detail, and the procedure was so quick I didn't know he already pulled my second tooth out.
