The studio is spotless, professional, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Ivy is an incredibly talented artist and so patient; she took the time to map out the perfect shape for my features and made sure I was 100% happy before starting. The process was surprisingly comfortable, and the healing has been seamless every time. I'm obsessed with my 'new year, new brows' look! So precise with the outlining and shaping! I fell in love with lip blush so much that I got the touch up within 3 months (highly recommend) and also just completed my first ever lip filler at 1mL. I'm about 48hrs after and the healing is going well with minimal bruising. I have a high pain tolerance but Kim uses numbing cream and also her application is so gentle and precise she really takes her time making your pout perfect. I have a birthmark on one eyebrow that makes it uneven when compared to the other brow. They've always looked off and uneven. I rarely wear makeup (tinted chapstick at most) so I didn't want to shape them everyday either. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. I am completely satisfied and give her my highest ever review. Did I say she is sweet and beautiful inside and out the Vive was very holistic and peaceful. Very much painless
