I would visit Sam once or twice per month to have my haircut, and style. I was a friend and a regular. I have had zero problems, until now. My wife and I were recently married on 9/12/2021. I had a long standing appointment with Sam on that Friday, nearly a month scheduled in advance. (we were leaving for our wedding Saturday morning), to which I was going to get my haircut for the wedding. Sam and I had previously discussed how I wanted my cut, he chatted with me about the wedding etc. Well, come haircut day, I receive a personal text from their receptionist, Peyton. Not a phone call from Sam, or a message from Sam. Nothing! Peyton didn't even contact me from the Salon's phone. The message from Peyton simply stated, Sam can't cut my hair today, please call to reschedule. Sam coordinated nothing with another stylist, didn't offer a recommendation as to where to go, no apology etc. I was simply left last minute to find another stylist. This was an important day for my wife and I. Revolution, Sam, and Peyton dropped the ball, and didn't come through, handling the situation like children. I would highly recommend not putting your faith or trust in this Salon or Sam. Clearly, Sam's clients are not valuable to him, and the Salon seems to condone his actions, as we have heard nothing from them either. We will not be back.

Betsy cut my hair for a few years and did an amazing foil job on me a few months ago that made me never want to go back to doing it myself. Unfortunately though the hair industry is like musical chairs and stylists are always moving around to different locations. I thought that since I like the haircuts here I'll give someone else a try to touch up my roots (My hair was dyed like Carmel brown, medium blonde blended streaks and grown out like an inch or so). I left with just medium brown roots--no streaks or multiple colors like the majority of my hair--and the lighting was so bad in the back room I didn't notice my greys were fully metallic and visible until I got home in my parents bathroom with "natural light" bulbs. I didn't suspect mid process because Betsy would paint parts of my hair w a brush w one color and clip up sections and really didn't use too many foils. I thought it would be covered and blend well but it looked just as bad as when I came in. As if my hair was still grown out and wasn't newly colored just with less obvious grey. I'm not into the "root showing" thing I think it always looks tacky and I work a corporate job that's probably anal about that sort of thing. I called and left a message and hope for a response but I don't think I'd go back again for color. The stylist was nice but it was just as expensive as when I had my entire hair length done multiple colors (~$100 for 3 colors) and took two hours when I'll probably have to sit and get it done again. Which is a hassle and not great for my hair. Greys are a pain in the ass and I'm only 23 but I know you have to use a fairly strong developer (maybe 30+) to get through these damn things.

My daughter's hair looks so glam -- both haircut and color. Madison was wonderfully thoughtful about how my daughter's cut will grow out and how to make the dye look natural while being striking in the sun.
