Great RV Park Nice Staff! If you get a Chance to meet Sue Rose when she is in town from Kentucky definitely listen to what she says she is a Darling! Quiet Place with a Nice Neighborhood Vibe! Lots of great Working People from the Permian Basin! Water is On More than it is Off unlike most Permian RV Parks ! We have been here since the First week of December 2024 and water has only been off Twice briefly when people drove over the sites water connections! Great Owners a pleasure to talk with ! We had a rough first few days with the pro loosing power and such but it seems to have gotten better . The golf is not good . The pool is a mesa but water is clean and cold enough to feel good . Don't expect what the website shows but it is nicer than most rv parks in the area . read more

Came here 9 months ago with my family and haven't regretted it. Very nice management/people to deal with and they don't put up with any riff raff which is nice when all you want is a nice peaceful place to stay. Free laundry facilities and WiFi make it that much more attractive for us. Would definitely recommend if you're planning on staying a week or a year. read more

It was a nice place with a nice big spot while we stayed but after 7 months, a change in management decided to give us about one day notice that our rent was to increase from $750 (highest we paid in 5.5 years traveling) to $850 a month because we added a 3rd AC unit to cope with the WTX heat. She let friends stay who also had 3 units without increasing their rates. We moved to a nice private farm more conveniently located where the owner was glad to have us stay and charged us $650 per month. So despite the stress and inconvenience, the move away was to our gain. We would not recommend the park given the poor customer service in kicking out a family for no reason at short notice. We saw this happen to several whose spots were desirable. We much preferred dealing directly with the owners, who were kind and respectful to us during our stay, but the husband had a heart attack so they were unable to manage the park at that point. Over the winter, despite insulation and heating the line, we had the in ground plumbing at our spot freeze several times over the winter. This didn't happen to us while staying in our same RV in Wyoming in subzero temps with the same setup, so we know it was their park plumbing. They also had their own showers freeze up so their was no bathhouse available. We had to go to a truck stop to shower at one point. read more

We have been in Permian Basin RV Resort for 2 yrs. We feel very safe here. The pool is nice !!!!! The laundry facility(which is free) is getting a face lift, great to be able to do laundry in the park. The owners are very nice, and accommodating helpful in anything and everything. The lots are very nice and taken care of. We have enjoyed our stay. read more

It's West Texas so nothing here is beautiful, with the lack of trees and grass. We stayed here for 4 months, the first few months were ok- Once July temps reached 100 the power was going off constantly, when you don't lose power- you'd lose voltage. I am (as I type this) replacing the main AC due to compressor motor failure- its 2yrs old- and replacing a fairly new washing machine- it's 14months old. The electrical panels are burnt up. Repair tech says both issues were likely caused by low voltage. SO.... stay at your own risk. I'm not the only one this has happened to, our whole inspection team is/was staying in this park. The power issue is no secret, ask any RV Repair service in the area. The park put out a letter to all guest stating the power issue had nothing to do with the park; the letter stated that the power company couldn't keep up with demand. It's bullsh** I called the power company a few different times due to power outages and they said it had nothing to do with them. The park isn't set up to power all the rv spots they offer. - But they damn sure will fill it up with campers, rather than fix the problem they know they have. So I have replaced an AC and washing machine- to the tune of $2600. read more

My wife looked at the website for this place. Pictures do NOT serve it justice. When we arrived expecting an oasis as described on the website my jaw almost hit the steering wheel. I play golf on a regular basis. This place does not even have 1 hole completed. This place has no WIFI!!!! The clubhouse/ restaurant is the owners residence, there is absolutely no restaurant... The following are the negatives for this place: 1. (Kooky) supposed manager 2. If you want to live like trash this is the place for you, not because of the people who live there but because of the management. 3. NO WIFI!! NO Satellite TV as advertised. 4.Sand Blowing at all times due to continuous construction. 5. Loss of electricity on a daily basis, even with a surge protector still caused damage to appliances. 6. (Kooky) Confrontational, Accusatory. 7. 2 1/2 working washers and 2 dryers for at least 100 RV sites. 8.(Kooky) has no idea how to be a manager. 9. Driving Range lights stay on 24 hours a day and shine in your RV windows. 10.Smells like sewage. 11.(Kooky) likes to brag about how bad she is and will kick anyone out she does not like. TRASH!!!!!!!!!!! Please whatever you do bypass PERMIAN BASIN RV AND NONGOLF and save yourself from the continual confusion. This place is one of the most expensive places in the Permian Basis with absolutely no amenities advertised. read more

Unprofessional management. Was without power for two days with my dogs in 100 heat. Overpriced. Internet never works. Mechelle, the "manager" is useless and nasty, sent me long horrible messages to my personal phone because my motorcycle was too loud (its not... it's all stock). Garbage is only on one side of the park. Staff always doing their laundry in the two machines so good luck doing yours. Had to clean oil out of the washers every time. No workout room as advertised. One shower for ladies at the pool and it's installed backwards. No lock on the bathroom door. Bad lighting. Full of drunk roughnecks and I was followed home more than once from the pool. Luckily, I had good neighbors that watched out for me. Pass this park over for a decent place if you want a good living experience. I was here three weeks and it was terrible. read more

I travel to west Texas often and this is my favorite place to stay! Genie and Chip are amazing and make sure you feel right at home each time you come. It's great to see all the plans they have in progress for the Golf course (which is free to play right now) and the rest of the resort! There are some long term folks here but everyone is very nice and welcoming! I've never met a stranger here! Plus no quarters needed for laundry! If your an rv'r you know that's a huge plus! The pool is great in the summer too! read more

This place has really bad electrical issues. Most of the people I talked to said they spent 500 dollars for power boosters and still have electrical issues. They did not even get a discount in lot fees for having to spend there hard earned money for electricity that should work properly. There is no water pressure in the evenings. It barely trickles out of the shower. They charge way to much for inadequate services. I would look for any other place. read more

Ok so this RV park is complete bullshit. The manager is downright rude and she is very very disrespectful. The park has many faults. The laundry facility is crap, the pool isnt running. There isnt even a golf course, just a driving range and even that is shit. The internet is always going out, and we NEVER had power. The management was horrible and the owner did nothing about it. They refused to refund us our rent for the time we didnt stay there, and she told me I looked like someone from a TV show. She asked "well who the fuck is this" when my 1E YEAR OLD SISTER walked outside. And she cursed out my fiance. Please dont stay here. It's not worth the 750 a MONTH FOR THE CHEAP SPOTS. It's not even worth 100 a month. Its bullshit. read more
