Every time I need to contact the office it takes multiple calls before you finally talk to someone…read more I don't even know if the Doctor knows what a bad impression that makes on his office and his brand. As medicine becomes more detached so does the customer service. Please have a lot of patience because the Doctor is really nice. Additional note, I have now tried 3 days in-a-row trying to get an appointment or at least speak to a nurse but have not received any call backs! I might just have to find another doctor! These people don't care about their patients!

I would not recommend the Midland Spine Institue at all !!!!! I was referred to Dr Jeremy Jones by…read moremy neurosurgeon to see if steroid injections would help with my severe back pain. Well on the first visit, he contradicted what my neurosurgeon diagnosed me with (first reflag) then wanted to do a procedure I did not really want to do. The procedure did not work so he decided he would try a steroid injection in my L4L5 space. He or anybody at the appt or in the actual day of the injection never once explained what was going to happen or any side effects or risks with the injection. After the injection I was rushed (I felt) out of the office - only watched or monitored me for like 10 mins even though I told them I felt very dizzy and nauseous. A week after the injection, I started to feel extremely dizzy lightheaded nauseous and have a huge headache so I tried to call Midland to no avail then tried to call Lubbock and the receptionist told me they could not help me and that I should go to an urgent care center. I could not believe that they treated me this way after I explained what was going on and that I wanted to talk to the doctor or a nurse to find out if this was normal. BTW I was told Dr Jones NEVER calls his patients ... if you have a question or concern you have to make an Appt to see him. RIDICULOUS!!!! Please do not go to the place .... RUN RUN as fast as you can away from them !!!!!!!

Huge Scam. $300 for a visit. "I need to get medical records". Wait 3 weeks. No records. Call back…read more Wait 3 more weeks. No records. Call back. "The records we received aren't all that clear. We can't help you". What? So I am out $300 for nothing? "Yes". Giant con. I agree with the reviewer from earlier this year, "the lack of communication is unacceptable" is a good way to put it. This place is like a pill mill, but with no pills. And why are 25 reviews hidden on here? Because they're fake reviews. Don't waste your time and your money.

I've had it with this place. I've given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy…read moreanyone, but I can't anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptable--emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they're not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn't refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply--but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I'm left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It's baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice--never again.
