Well on the first visit, he contradicted what my neurosurgeon diagnosed me with (first reflag) then wanted to do a procedure I did not really want to do. The procedure did not work so he decided he would try a steroid injection in my L4L5 space. He or anybody at the appt or in the actual day of the injection never once explained what was going to happen or any side effects or risks with the injection. After the injection I was rushed (I felt) out of the office - only watched or monitored me for like 10 mins even though I told them I felt very dizzy and nauseous. A week after the injection, I started to feel extremely dizzy lightheaded nauseous and have a huge headache so I tried to call Midland to no avail then tried to call Lubbock and the receptionist told me they could not help me and that I should go to an urgent care center. I could not believe that they treated me this way after I explained what was going on and that I wanted to talk to the doctor or a nurse to find out if this was normal. BTW I was told Dr Jones NEVER calls his patients ... if you have a question or concern you have to make an Appt to see him. RIDICULOUS!!!! Please do not go to the place ....
