A week goes pass and they don't get back to me so I wait a few more days and 2 weeks go pass and I have to call and track them down. The number on google is someone cell phone who isn't the owner(?) and they had to give me the owners number to which the owner replied that they were sick and haven't worked on the skates at all. So then 1 week turns into 3 1/2 week. They have a policy if you don't pick up your item within a month they keep and/or sell your item. Upon pickup I try the skates and they weren't sewn together and completely fall apart upon single use while skating which is very dangerous. The 1 star is for inconsistent/lack of communication with me having to track down the owner and never getting back to me, inconsistent store timing that doesn't match google, Shoddy and shady service because I ultimately wasted money for a service that wasn't complete and potentially a hazard if I hurt myself worse due them not completing the task properly. He just had to get the shoes he wanted from here. As soon as we came and he started talking with the staff and they helped him get exactly what he wanted. They asked me if I wanted anything as well but I wasn't looking. I live in San Antonio so I can come back. I'm sure I will come back The shoes here are super well done and the staff was nice. Shoes can be a little pricey. This isn't a thrift store so you can be sure that these shoes are on top of the line.

I paid for services that were simply not done. On top of that, they completely botched a pair of my loafers. This company clearly has zero eye for detail and absolutely no care for their customers. Also had a vintage Loewe purse cleaned (it had a black stain on the corner) and reconditioned done at the same time. The gentlemen here (Kyle & Dustin) were so friendly and helpful. They quoted me very reasonable pricing that would've been just the price of shipping for Tumi alone (and that's without the labor and cost of a zipper). Knowing how to work on quality pieces and knowledge of different leathers is definitely a dying art. The cobblers here are knowledgeable and quick. I had everything back in a week!
