They've been open at this location for a few years now and delivery takes forever regardless of the day and time. We tried ordering recently at 4pm on a Thursday and were given the option of pickup (45 minutes) or delivery (2 hours?!) I could have ordered from Buffalo or Syracuse and gotten it faster. Food eventually showed up and had obviously been sitting for an extended period, probably since the 45 minute option. With the increasing and competitive options in the area we won't be ordering again soon. read more

Decent pizza if you eat it fresh there in their store(good luck finding a clean table though). Wings are good, lots of sauce choices. However if you have delivery, they're consistently late. So just pick it up yourself. Had food an hour and a half late once and no one has even apologized for it, tired contacting on social media and no response. Every other time generally 15ish minutes late. They delete any questions or critiques of their delivery service and refuse to take accountability.(says something about how they're run) Some of the better pizza on the north end of Canandaigua, so I'll give a second star for that. read more

We have eaten at Perri's several times. The slices are huge, tasty and a great value. I love the chipotle wings too!

This place has the best pizza in town. Where else can you get a slice bigger than your face and a soda for 5 bucks! Their buffalo chicken pizza is great and they do a corn beef one that is amazing also read more

Would highly recommend Perri's Pizzeria. I spoke to Dennis who was very friendly and accomodating. I was having a sheet pizza delivered at the last minute to a local business and he assured me it would be delivered promptly. I love perri's pizza. I have been to the Greece and the Gates location. This was the first time I have been to the Canandaigua location. I would have given them a 5 bc the pizza was delicious and the service was speedy but while I was waiting for the pizza some of the staff were being yelled at. It appeared as though it was the manager yelling at the cashier. He kept going for a while, and made me uncomfortable. It did not bother him that there was about 5 customers waiting for their pizza while he was yelling at his staff about wait and delivery times for pizza and losing a sale Bc the cashier gave a longer wait time over the phone to a customer. We went in and tried almost one of everything! We ordered the smores, they were gooey and terrific. We ordered the banana peppers, they were perfectly fried. We tried the fried ravioli and loved it! Probably between these guys and Pontillo's for best pizza in Canandaigua (which may be a testament to our lack of quality choices). Huge single slices if you go that route. Wings are big and meaty and they always have interesting new sides like fried banana peppers.I usually get the thin crust pizza because the regular crust is really thick and doughy. read more

So I called for a delivery and after obtaining all my information, I tried to order a large pizza and a dozen wings which I had a coupon for. I asked for their "New York" style but was told after putting me on hold they could not honor the coupon because one was 16 inch and one was 18 inch. On their menu they are the same price $14.99 so I don't get why they wouldn't honor the coupon and when I questioned that they asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. Seriously? I heard about this new pizza place from a friend of mine; it's located in the old Shell's Pizza location on 332. Last night, we ordered a thin crust meatball pizza and an order of Chipotle wings. Delivery was fast (and courteous). The pizza was fantastic: hot, gooey, and chewy:) I also highly recommend the wings! The sauce is sweet with some heat and they were perfectly cooked. The wings come in a special container that keeps them hot and crispy - not soggy. Two big thumbs up! read more

Ordered a dozen wings for supper. Small, burned, not much meat. Stick to the pizza, which is decent. Wings are crap. Also, their "City Sweet" sauce (supposed to be 'just like' Country Sweet sauce. Not even close.) not worth the trouble. read more

I was excited to try this out with my son after receiving a "free slice" green coupon in the mail. I ordered a combo for myself and then tried to use the free slice for my 5 year old. I was told you can't use the coupon with a combo even though no where on the coupon does it state this. I asked to speak with the manager because this is not stated anywhere on the coupon. The manager said the computer can't ring it in the coupon with a combo, and it's a chain restaurant, so there's nothing they can do. I'm not sure why they couldn't just make it right by taking the coupon this one time, and not ringing the free piece of pizza in the computer but just giving it to me. Pretty poor service! I put the soda and cookie back, left with a disappointed 5 year old, and went to Mark's down the road near Walmart. read more

Best pizza in the area. great customer service. The best part is how big the slices are. You get a slice that is huge for only $3.50

Moving back to the area, I rec'd a coupon for a free pizza and 2 liter pop. What a great welcoming gift and marketing tool. Went into redeem, great atmosphere, staff friendly and attentive. BEST PART?? They serve fried pickles!! And I'm some what of a fried pickle fanatic. Gave Green Front a run for their money, and in regards to great fried pickles, that says slot. Every other time I got pizza from Perri's, the crust was a little too burnt. There are better options in the Canandaigua Area.

We had the spinach and tomato pizza. It was great! The crust was really good and sort of had a buttery garlic taste. This pizza does have alot of garlic but that wasn't a problem! We also had the wings. They were also good. This is probably the best pizza I've had in years. The guys went above and beyond. They knew we were in a hotel room and provided us with plates and all the necessary items without us asking! ! It was much appreciated! Go there! ! read more

Food is ok, definitely overpriced. I'm writing this review for those who get delivery and to be aware: the delivery took over an hour and a half and the driver was not friendly at all. I signed for a $27 charge on my card and the driver decided to give himself an extra $8 tip and charged my card $35. I called to get my money back and the manager had no sense of urgency or the fact that the driver committed fraud. He refunded my tip back in cash but no other compensation for the inconvenience and poor judgment from the driver. I will never order from Perri's again. read more

Really slow service AND our pizza was burnt on two occasions. I'm usually not one to complain about pizza, but my experience with Perri's has been a very stressful one. Have brought my business elsewhere and would advice the same from anyone reading this. read more

This was very horrible pizza!!! The crust tasted.like a rusted oven the cheese was very sparse as was the sauce. The wings were under cooked YUCK!!
