Perri's Pub is a great addition to the neighborhood! You can order food to go or eat there as it is a full service restaurant and bar, they also offer delivery. Aside from the pizza and wings there is a full menu of bar foods. I have especially enjoyed the mozzarella moons, the pub platter, and the fried dough yum! read more

I am writing to express my displeasure with a $35 dollar ice cold pizza. The cost is not the issue but the fact that it came ice cold. It did arrive on time but that was the only positive. Perri's is the best if you're looking for a casual pub like atmosphere with massive slices of pizza. My husband and I typically go there and eat at the bar when we're not in the mood for a long sit-down meal. On our most recent visit, we split a calzone with mozzarella, ricotta, and pepperoni. We were shocked by its size but given Perri's track record, we weren't surprised by how great it tasted. We split the calzone in the restaurant with garlic-parm boneless wings and took home enough for us both to eat for lunch the next day. Perri's is reasonably priced and has a large variety on their menu. With the option to sit in a sectioned off bar area or dine in the restaurant, t makes it a perfect atmosphere for everyone. read more

Took over two hours to get food delivered a half mile down the road with no tracking available. Called. Got hung up on at first. They said it had been sent. Waited. Gave up and called Dominos. Came at same time Perris did so we ate Dominoes cause it was fresher and hotter. read more

I came here for the first time, and I've never had Perri's pizza before, so of course I was shocked when they brought out these MASSIVE slices of pizza. I ordered two slices and they lasted me three meals. The pizza was decent, but nothing to rave about flavor wise. I ordered a buffalo chicken slice which was not very spicy, and a pepperoni which was better to me - the pepperoni were perfectly crispy. The crust was a little thicker than I would've liked but I guess that goes along with being a giant slice. I gave it 4 stars (even though the food would be a 3 for me) because for $3.50 for a slice that fills me up completely, I would go back! read more

I ordered four sheet pizzas for my grandson's birthday. Party started late, so I did not notice right away that all four pizzas were unevenly cooked. Burnt in some areas and doughy in others. When I did get a chance to call I was basically told that because I didn't call right away they could only offer me a percentage off my next order. I spent $115 on pizza that didn't get eaten. Perri's pizza pub is just what the Brighton area needed. It's a contemporary twist on the other Perri's Pizza locations with the added plus of a full service bar! The owner is friendly, attentive, and willing to please the customers. There was a slight mix up in our order and he made sure we didn't leave unhappy. We always get Perry's pizza delivered but today we went there and it was amazing. ( Friday night). The waiter came and told us even though we 'can't get a seat' he would seat us promptly... 15 minutes later we were sat and approached by our waiter.... he was super friendly. I've been here many times for take out. About 4 months ago the pizza and wings were great! Very tasty, pizza cooked just right and wings were right on point. Recently I ordered the same pizza and cheese bread. When I got home the pizza was burnt and the cheese bread was hard as rock. Went back and asked for a new pizza and when I got the next pizza it was burnt again. I was so frustrated that I just left and got Wendy's from across the street. Tried out Perri's because they were running a coupon flyer promotion and we won a free large one topping pizza. I was pleased to hear they used the "burn and curl" pepperoni's. But to pick up it was 35 minutes. Around 5:20pm on a Saturday I assumed they were busy- wrong. The shop was desolate. The pizza was over cooked, the crust was hard to chew and super rubbery. So much so that I cut the roof of my mouth. What an utter disappointment. Lastly, wasn't the point of that promotion to bring in new customers and introduce them to your pizza? Just a heads up to Perri's it's not going to encourage me to return or tell anyone about it when the pizza was well below average for the area. 2 stars ONLY because you have good pepperoni. read more

This reboot of a neighborhood staple is outstanding, and much needed. It's exciting to see a great space find a new and vibrant life! North Winton Village is super up and coming and as such it seems to be establishing its character, Perri's fits in with the emerging theme of the neighborhood which is, in short, the Bromance! While you're wife is watching the toddlers meet your bros for a pie and a craft pitcher with a TV for every table. We had a pizza and salad and both were solid offerings, and very tasty. It's neither upstate nor downstate pizza so if you're a mixed region couple like we are, you may find compromise. Let's call it the Catskills of pizza, or better yet the dirty dancing of pizza. Bottom line- great decor, good food and service and an outstanding use of a prime space! read more

I ordered on GrubHub and was delivered the wrong order, which had no labeling on it at all. when i called the restaurant, they requested that i bring back the incorrect order and would receive my original order and a refund. When I arrived, the order that i returned was immediately sent out for delivery with another driver and my corrected order was still wrong. The manager and counter staff had no clue how or why the order was wrong and told me to get my refund from GrubHub. Had they said this from the start, that's exactly what I would've done. This is by far the worst Perri's Pizza location as far as customer service. I 1000% will never return. read more

I have been to every Perris in Rochester every. This has to be the worst of all their stores!! I called one time to see what special slices they had. she asked me what I wanted she hadn't decided yet. the next time I was told just chicken wing, pepperoni and cheese both time this was at 11:30 am. when I went to pick up a pizza the manager was rude to the staff and while i was giving my order to the counter person, he started talking over me to her. read more

The rating is an average of my experiences. In many ways the most defining quality of this establishment is it's inconsistency at least as far as the food is concerned - I've always had great service at the bar and no complaints about the drink offerings. When it comes to food and the service in the dining room it's been all over the map. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it's lousy and slow as well and very hard to get concerns resolved. It's a nice location and I wish I could rate it higher based on the 5 star visits, but the 1 and 2 star visits drag the rating down. If you're nearby and want a drink and maybe some appetizers or a quick slice go for it, otherwise I'd have a backup plan. read more

We were excited to try this place because our friends love it. It was one of the most mediocre pizzas I've ever had. I ordered thin crust well done. It was neither. And it was barely warm. I ordered recently from perri's and was extremely disappointed in not only the food but their customer service as well. They got my order completely wrong and would not to anything to rectify the situation. Their customer service was appalling. Health Inspector needed! Wife and I were here today - May 19th 2018, in two different slices of pizza - one pepperoni and one cheese we found a penny in the crust of one, and a hard piece of black plastic in another. I actually hurt my molar biting down on this. Completely disgusted and recommend you to STAY AWAY. I REALLY want to like this place. The food is very good. Their huge slices are yummy and filling. My husband likes the wings. We've gotten the parmesan bites, pizza logs and pretzel logs (with cold velveeta cheese- yuck) most of which is pretty good! But the service has struggled. The first time we went (about a month ago) our food sat in the window for forever and my pizza slice was cold. The waitress was apologetic and a hot, new slice arrived soon after. I ordered another side of blue cheese from the manager and I had to remind him after 15 minutes. The place was busy, but not that busy. A few weeks later we ordered takeout. I went in, went to the counter and it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. My husband went his past Friday for happy hour for a few drinks. The waitress kept pushing food on them so they finally ordered some slices. My husband's friend wanted to order another slice to take home and he couldn't get the waitress to stop long enough to order. He finally gave up. The waitress also dropped off the check for my husband and never came back. He had to cash out at the counter (which I guess was very confusing for the staff). Finally, we just tried to call to place an order. We called 3 times and no one picked up. They lost our business for tonight and it may be awhile before we go back. read more

Went for the 1st time last night to meet some friends after work. We trickled in and everyone was drinking non-alcoholic beverages. We ordered wings, pizza, burgers etc, food was very good. Our server never came back to offer refills, I had to ask for a refill to my ice tea, water glasses were empty and she never refilled. We were contemplating the nutella fried dough, she never asked if we wanted anything else, so we did not order. We paid and tipped 35% to compensate for us hanging around for a while (though no one was waiting for a table) and a few people still had to ask for a water refill. By far my favorite pizza place in Rochester. The service there is great and it is a nice place to take the family, due to the nice atmosphere. I am a regulars there and get take out every Tuesday because of there pick up special. Not only do they have delicious pizza, but there wings are just as good. Food is great! You walk in and there is no indication whether you wait to be seated or you seat yourself. It took three people before we were finally told to seat ourselves. The food is great! The main dining area is LOUD!!! Too many televisions going, the speakers on the outside seating area were cranked up as well and those were set to football while the screens appeared to be on 60 Minutes. The servers were pleasant and for the most part, attentive. The food is great!! I really wanted to give them a 5 of 5, but the noise level at our booth inhibited any chance of conversation. Suggestion: put up a sign at both doors indicating you seat yourself or designate one employee to seat people, set up half the place with TV on lower volume or muted(I can future out who's doing what on the field) and did I mention the food is great?
