They have a great menu selection. It's great going in and enjoy the selection of beers and hard cider as you wait for your food. I get a lot of use of the drive-through window on my way home to pick up my orders. I alternate weekly with Pizza and a sub and it's always great. The people working are generally happy to see you and that's also a win. read more

I am a fan of Kronys, I think their service is good, food quality is great, prices are fair. My only issue is beer selection. It would be nice to see a little more variety on the taps. I love a good IPA when I'm eating wings and what was available beer wise was lackluster. I appreciate them serving at all, so many places around us don't but some more variety would be appreciated. read more

Me and my friends were having a movie night and decided to stop by Krony's to grab a pizza to eat for dinner. We ordered ahead for a large half pepperoni, half cheese pizza and some of their garlic bread. When we went to pick up our order, their service was a little slow in the drive thru. The pizza itself was pretty good and they gave us plenty of pepperoni (which I appreciated). The garlic bread was also delicious and cheesy. Overall, the food was pretty good. read more

I love Krony's!!!! I have been going here since I was a little kid. Thier pizza is so nostalgic for me. They have the best ice cream in the area! I love their flavor burst ice creams. I have never seen them anywhere but here at Krony's. Their wings here are also pretty good! My only complaint is right now a lot of people congregate by the ice cream window to eat their ice cream, which means they have no masks. I wish they enforced social distancing more as it makes it hard to go here other than at off times such as before closing. read more

This was my first time eating at Krony's and it went like this...There's plenty of parking and easy access for the disabled folks or the elderly...The first thing you get when you walk in the door is the intoxicating smell of pizza...Seriously hit's you in the right spot and gets your mouth ready for something tasty...BUT...I was seeking one of my favorite sandwiches and that is a steak bomber, god it's so good...Anyway, I approached the counter where you place your order and pay before you sit down...A nice gentleman greeted me and I made my order, now for the only downside to this culinary tale...I ordered the large size sub priced at $9.99 and then I ordered what was to be placed on top, cheese $1.20, onions$1.20, mushrooms $1.20 with meat sauce 0.69 and a fountain drink which was one sized at $2.50 for a grand total with tax $18.16...Wow...The sandwich was very testy but a tad on the pricey side in my opinion...You should get at least the onions and meat sauce on the house...So all in all it was a tasty visit...If you're ever in the sprawling metropolis of Hamlin, NY give them a try. read more

I love getting there ice cream here! Their walkup window is super convenient, and they stay open pretty late which I appreciate. They have a pretty big variety of choices for flavors and sundae creations! The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Even when there is a long line it moves pretty quickly so do not get worried if you seequiet a long line. It just does to show how yummy their ice cream is! You gotta go!! I LOVE KRONYS!! Great staff, they're so friendly, quick and efficient. The Steak bomber sub, Steak pizza and fresh Salads are outta this world! You gotta come to Hamlin and check it out. A Clean place, even the bathrooms are decent and kept up. Even when packed they get the food out quick. The pizza has way too much mozzarella. This made the pizza extremely greasy. The crust has no flavor at all.

Hamlin Krony's has been THE pizza place for me ever since it opened. When I was little, it was Sassone's in Hilton that made the best pizza but they closed. This used to be the best pizza and wings anywhere but it's lost its touch gotten too expensive and gave me the runs when I ate their last. If you need to cleanse for a colonoscopy while paying for dinner, it works out well. Wings used to be the best - at $1 each on average they are not cheap and used to be well worth it. The last time we ate their they were oddly different (I ordered Garlic Parmesan). The mixture may have been off or gone bad, we all got the runs within 24 hours - and it was distinctively garlicy emission so we were fairly certain it was the wings. The good thing is we lost weight before the holiday so we didn't feel guilty for stuffing ourselves at Thanksgiving. read more

Those of you who know me (from reading my reviews) know that I LOVE out of the way, independently owned places. I love both the thrill of discovering them AND the knowledge that I'm supporting local restaurants (that more often than not have terrific food). "Krony's" is a little place out of the middle of nowhere (Hamlin.... not quite Batavia and not quite Rochester) that has been around for over thirty years and serves pizza, pasta, soups, salads, chicken wings, subs, wraps, burgers, paninis, and other assorted "munchies" and "plates". A little bit of everything really. It was lunch time so two of us decided on sandwiches.... a "Turkey Reuben Panini" (HOUSE ROASTED turkey breast, coleslaw, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing) for me.... and a "Steak Bomber" for my dining companion. My panini was AMAZING! I honestly don't know what I liked better.... the bread or the fillings. I've never had bread quite like that before. It was kind of braided and nicely seasoned and had a wonderful texture. And, true to the printed menu, the turkey was fresh (no slimy deli meat here) and flavorful. The sandwich was huge and a bit drippy and perfect in every way. And, my dining companion's bomber was just as good (of course I had a bite... need you ask?). Lots and lots of tender flavorful shaved steak on a toasted roll with melted mozzarella and a terrific sauce. YUM! Next time I'm driving around in the middle of nowhere (sorry "Hamlin-ites", but I am a city gal after all) I hope to stop here again and try some of the other items on the menu. That is if I can resist ordering that "Turkey Reuben Panini" once again. It was THAT GOOD! read more

Krony's hands down is the best pizza in the area. I'm not a huge fan of the chain pizza locations around the way so if I'm in the mood to go drive to Hamlin, I'll definitely stop in. I'm a simple cheese and pepperoni girl and with their additional seasonings, the pizza is just right. Also their steak bombers are pure heaven. Had the Buffalo chicken tonight and it was terrible! Waaaay too much Franks Red Hot sauce on it. Couldn't taste anything but Franks. Yuck!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 dozen wings. It came to $43 for that small amount of food. I asked if they could throw in some extra blue cheese and celery....the owner said sorry that will be .50 cents...next time order ahead of time WHAT?? I am spending almost 50 dollars on a small amount of food and he can't even throw in some extras! I will NEVER order from them again and would never recommend Pizza isn't even good. read more
