Kyle also offered a replacement but upon closer inspection said he could fix it. For an economical price. He had a new engine in his truck! First, he discovered the AC fuse had burned out in our box. He fixed that and then the AC unit. We were also building a new retaining wall the unit sat on. Two weeks later on 24 notice he came late Friday and moved the unit so the wall could be done in that corner. A week later, wall done, he came on Saturday morning and moved the unit back in place on the new wall. Bravo, Kyle! on 4th of July the old unit had a kink and needed some new wires to adjust the pressure. He put in new wires in Sunday morning 4th of July! This is caring service. This is a professional. He has EXTENSIVE AC knowledge. Kyle is also a personable trustworthy man. He tells good stories too. I highly recommend his services. I do not understand why some companies even offer the option to fill in for a request on their web site. I filled out three other requests and with a day they provided me with an appointment. 6/2026 UPDATE: After writing my original review a couple of…read moreyears as the time service was excellent and timely, it has drastically gone way down. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
