I called three places and left messages. Matt called me back pretty quickly for a Sunday evening and said he could stop by today before 12 and that he would give me a call 30 minutes prior. I got his call at 11:15 and he was there at 11:45. I have an old 3.5 ton compressor which is not new. Fearing the worst, I was concerned about leaving my wife home to deal with it. Usually, I get 3 phone calls after the typical man-splaining to my wife about why we need to spend thousands. My wife called me at 12:30 and I was bracing for it. To my surprise, she said that Matt was done and it was only a small part which needed replacement. Thanks for your honesty and responsiveness even though we're not a service customer. We will definitely call you for the big job when the time comes.

I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ed has done countless of jobs for me. Heating issues with the boiler, cooling issues with the A/C, backyard plumbing, toilets that decide to stop flushing - the list goes on. He successfully completes the task at hand, and then goes above and beyond to make sure things are left better than they were before they were working. And his prices are more than reasonable. At the end of the day he's a guy that cares, prices are fair and he's also technically proficient. Tough to find these days. Finally found a plumber I can trust.

I will break it down. 11/2024 the came and replaced a transformer on a buzzing heating unit of which I paid $150 for them to come and evaluate earlier. No bill was issue and I was asked to call the office. The same day they confirmed this fee would be applied to the invoice via phone. An invoice was never received so I figured there was no bill. The transformer is $100 online. I contracted with them to do further work for roughly $2,300. Bill was paid the same day. 3/2025 they issued a bill for $430 for 15 minutes of work. Ok but they did not remove the $150 evaluation fee they charge to just come out though they said they would. I responded immediately to the email asking why it took so long for them to invoice and to remove the $150 as the office promised. No response was received. 4/2025 they sent me to collections for this bill. The company is unprofessional in their communication and I would not recommend them though they did decent work. All they had to do was email back or call regarding the invoice.
