Received a text message from David one of his tech concern on how I was to make payment. Never did I receive a call back from the owner taking MrYangkin.taking responsibility of faulty merchandise . Don't deal with vender. All he wants is money and when things go wrong you are left in the bitter COLD!

I understand that this is a very busy season but not a call or email for just an appointment is not good. I do not understand why some companies even offer the option to fill in for a request on their web site. I filled out three other requests and with a day they provided me with an appointment. It's a shame because I liked the puppy sitting with the owner! Update on 07/1 I called again and this time I spoke with Christian who set up an appointment for 7/03 between 1-3pm.
