The last text message was at 8 pm with a phone number to call, obviously no one was coming. The man answering the call listened to my problem and said someone from TJ Miller would call me in the morning. That never happened. I called them instead and was told that I would be receiving service today. A text message was sent confirming this fact but no time frame was included. I called back and cancelled fearing the same situation would occur because they were working me into their schedule. There are plenty of of other firms that will be willing to do this inspection.

Then before he left, he thought to give it one last check and the handle broke. It wasn't his fault but he felt so responsible. I am temporarily laid up with a broken ankle and really depend on that bath. Mark had the part shipped overnight so he could get things working right. He certainly did not have to go that extra mile. If you're looking for a plumber who will treat your home as it was his own, Mark is the guy. He's prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious and honest. Qualities hard to come by in tradespeople these days. I have several more plumbing projects and I will be calling Choice Plumbing to do them.

The company then quoted me $2200 as the cost to replace it and reiterated that this did not include the $99 that they already charged me. So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Talked to Jim and he was nice at first until he was supposed to come for the quote and something I said made him thinking I was getting the job quotted by more than one person.
