Our stay here was one of the most pleasant and memorable experience of our whole trip. Our King ensuite room was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Our son's Queen ensuite room was of the same quality. Lenora gave us plenty recommendations on navigating Perryopolis, where to go for dinner, etc. My son enjoyed being slightly pampered by her, like having an extra relative showering him with gifts. I personally loved hearing Lenora's life stories. As a foodie wanna-be, she's an amazing and inspiring woman. My only regret is that we were not able to eat in her restaurant. From what I heard and read, it's a great place to dine. We hope to have another opportunity to visit her inn or restaurant in the future!

(obviously clueless that if there's one mouse there are many) 3rd response was there's not much we can do about it, and corporate isn't going to do anything. We are in the area for work and no several other people that are saying there that are having the same problem. The choices are limited around town, so I contacted corporate, as of right now I'm still waiting for a reply, but the front desk told me that IHG corporate wouldn't do anything about it So let's see what happens. The showers had excellent pressure, plenty of hot water, in room coffee was most welcoming... one thing.. no room service after the first night... I had to go to the front desk where I was greeted very cordial and was able to replenish my coffee addiction for the following morning. The first night was good... would have been great with 5 stars with Room service.

6/14/2025 Stayed one…read morenight, staff was nice but the room smelled musty and the bathtub was absolutely disgusting with black mold around in the caulking and a brown, stained bottom. The carpet had red stains that looks very suspicious. Could have been crayon or marker but it could have been body fluids. The musty smell really bothered my asthma. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I was having an anaphylactic allergic reaction to some crab I accidentally ate and one of the servers rushed to me with an epi-pen and injected it into my leg, on top of giving me benadryl. My dad was asking everyone if anyone had an epi-pen, and this lady did and after she administered it, she sat with me until the swelling in the throat went down. I just wanted to thank her. Immediately after ringing it, his coworker came charging at me like a bull in Pamplona. Told me I needed to leave and nobody wanted me there. I called my Brother and told him since I have no AC I do not intend to stay in this Gross House! So I called Holiday Inn Express and they saved my little boo butt! Nichcole said PLENTY OF ROOM is available and please take your time! When you need to pack go through your Morning Routine! What is the first thing you get? What do you usually use for your Bathroom, Shower, wear everyday, a Special Outfit...Sporting Goods you need? Go through this for Fast Pack Time! Use Empty Boxes if your suitcase is full and PUT THOSE TIMERS IN YOUR HOUSE FOR LIGHTS! Make sure you check Oven, Refrigerator etc. before you leave! I drove S 51 but accidentally turned to soon at the Sunoco and Landed on Interstate 70! Don't Panic! There is an Intersection to get you turned around and see a cool road down below. I get to the GetGo and Find a Road leading past 2 Budget Motels. Then...it's like where is everything? I went back to GetGo. I called Nichole and she talked me through on how to get there. Then I saw a Deer run across the Road and I told her about it and she said be VERY careful! Lots of Deer run over this Road. Finley Road is still very Country Based and it being close to I 70 the Deer don't care! Then I stop the car. Left side of this Road is Mr. Possum going "yo." I'm like "Nichole there is a Possum and he's looking at me and I dunno what he wants to do." Mr. Possum decides to stare at me some more then run in front of the car to a lawn in front of a house! HOW COOL IS THIS? You get to a Town and there is a blacked out 84 Lumber sign and this makes me sad. How many 84 Lumbers are left in the world? But then we get to Holiday Inn Express and Nichole is still on the phone with me and she's outside and I roll up. I am so GRATEFUL to be here! ANYTHING FOR AC! I totally would make a cheap date. I don't care if you are a Doctor, Lawyer, Millionaire do you have AC? Thats all I care about! The Front Desk area the 80's Never Happened! GUYS THIS IS PURE RETRO! If you LOVE THE RETRO YOU HAVE GOT TO COME SEE THIS! Crystal Chandeliers in the Lobby! A Fireplace! Comfy Couch and Adorable Summer Decor! Very 60's 70's Vibe going on! And the Divider to the Cozy Eatery VERY 70s! THIS IS SO ME! I go up to my Floor and the CARPETING PURE 70's DISCO RETRO AWESOMENESS! You cannot find this anywhere anymore but here? YOU WANT THIS! I had to get a Bowling Ball from AMF Rostraver Lanes so this whole thing made sense! But then...why not another night stay? So I go all fresh and clean down to front desk and ask for another night. (turned out I ended up Wednesday to Saturday Total.) They have a Pool but I am here to Bowl so there was that! AMF Lanes had my Ball and I got to Play there for awhile. Looking for places to eat? Go further into Town there is Giant Eagle and Lots of Places! Ifyou drive far enough N51 Try Sheetz the Salads are Excellent! The TV is Awesome at Holiday Inn Express but i managed to mess it up. I got it fixed though so it was GREAT! Front Desk knows how to do these things! I even got the opportunity next day to check on my house to see if all is good it was. I don't live far, but without AC its just a crappy place to live. Try Bills Golf Land! Its close by. Just N 51 and you will find it! It's for Sale but Great for All Golfers! A Real Course, a Driving Range and Little Mini Course A Restaurant and you can try out other ways to Golf. Nice Clean Bathrooms keep them that way when you leave! Make sure you get anything you brought to bring home and re make the bed so it too is nice! Complimentary Breakfast has MAKE YOUR OWN PANCAKES! It's so Fast Easy and FUN! It's nice you can meet the same Guests here and there. At Breakfast you can eat with some folks who are also doing Vacations and other things of interest. The DoubleTree in Cranberry Twp. I call Queen of the North The Holiday Inn Express TRULY DESERVES the Queen of the South! Don't believe me? DoubleTee Cranberry is 60's Futuristic Vibe! I would recommend Adele and her husband Dan as a trust-worthy resource to any solo females like myself traveling the GAP. The breakfast and snacks were wonderful and the price was very reasonable.
