Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. The quoted price was reasonable to other companies we called, but we just kept coming back to them. We will definitely use So White again.

My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. You can read how the convo went downhill from there to me being a bit rude back myself, but he actually had the audacity to tell me, "your info is with Home Advisor , Don't worry" Wow. So what was that supposed to mean?
