Highly recommend! Responsive, friendly, fast and great job stretching my carpet. Would definitely use again for any carpet needs!

Gerardo did a great job on stretching and cleaning. He showed up on time and was prompt in finishing the job. Highly recommend.

Friendly service and quickly understood my ultimate intention with the project. Once I described my end goal he was able to adjust his work to meet my need. The price was very reasonable for what I asked for. My original request was less work than what he ended up doing, but the price wasn't too far off. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this company if you are looking for friendly service with great work. read more

Very happy with the results. The floors were thoroughly cleaned and restored, and the Bona protective finish made a noticeable difference without looking overly shiny. Scratches and worn areas look much better, and the wood has a fresh, clean look again. Professional, on time, and clearly knows what they're doing. Would definitely recommend. read more

Gerardo was fantastic, fast, and was able to diagnose the problem with some texting of pictures. Our area rug in my son's room was not fitting with a new desk we had built in. He offered a couple options and worked with what I wanted to do (I didn't want to take everything off the carpet in order to move it, so I wanted to cut around it.) See the pictures for what a great job they did, it fits perfect. And all very reasonable price for the expertise surgery he had to do with the carpet. Gerardo was pleasant to work with, went above and beyond, and made sure we were happy with everything. We plan to use him for grouting also! read more

Gerardo did an incredible job on the wrinkles for my carpeting. He showed up on time (even slightly earlier) and has an amazing carpet stretching professional adjustable tool that I have never seen before (and not just a "knee kicker"). Very friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. Highly recommend. read more

I discovered this company on Yelp. The reviews were impressive and I discovered that they were well deserved. Gerardo was quick to get back to me when I called, we FaceTimed so that he could see what I needed. His quote was very reasonable. He arrived promptly and got to work stretching the carpet in my family room. Not an easy job because I have a lot of furniture. He carefully moved each piece and put everything back when he was finished. The carpet looked great without the roll down the middle. When I commented that now I wanted to get it cleaned, Gerardo offered his service. He did a fantastic job! Next he moved on to my kitchen floor which is porcelain tile. He cleaned the floor , scrubbed the grout and filled in some missing grout. I was so happy that I scheduled him to return and clean my carpeted stairs as well as to repair damage caused by my cats. He also cleaned my terrazzo tile entry. His work is outstanding. His prices are very fair. He is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him. read more

Completely perfect job fixing what was a disastrous carpet situation in my home office. The carpet is 95% as good as the day I got it 5 years ago and I'm totally happy, at 10% of cost of a total recarpet, and without having to remove all furniture. Bottom line is this service presents a good middle ground between having crappy carpet and paying the incredible amount of money it costs to replace. read more

You won't meet nicer people than Gerardo and Jorge, who were efficient, on time, did more than was promised and did it very well. They relaid our living room carpet after water entered the room in the storms; stretched carpet in four other large rooms (including moving a pool table); and cleaned most of the carpet in our house. We're already talking to them about another job. Great value. read more

My wife contacted Traffic Carpet Care to have the carpet in the master bedroom re-stretched. Gerardo arrived as scheduled and on-time. We don't wear shoes in the house and he immediately, without being asked, removed his shoes when he entered the house to examine the carpet and give us an estimate. The price was very reasonable and he began work immediately, this time with covers on his shoes. The quality of work was outstanding and was completed quickly. We will definitely utilize this business going forward! read more

Gerardo was fantastic. He quoted me a price over text after receiving pictures. He came ahead of the schedule time, knew exactly what my carpet issues were, and reflstretch the carpets. He also told me that my initial installation did not have the tack board at the doorway, and he had an extra board and fixed all of my three rooms. I highly recommend Gerardo to anyone who is looking to restretch their carpets. read more

Excellent value and super professional !!! When local carpet cleaning services told me cleaning only one bedroom would be super expensive, I considered renting a machine myself. But my brother recommended Traffic Carpet Care and I. AM. THRILLED !! After Gerardo gave me a very reasonable price over the phone, Jorge turned up five minutes early (Yay! ... and wearing a mask), and did a FANTASTIC job. Our bedroom carpet had ten years of teenager dirt ground into it and look at the difference after 40 minutes !! Incredible !! Highly recommended. Positive, punctual, and professional. They also do upholstery cleaning, grout cleaning, and carpet repair. Next time, I am going to give them a longer To Do list. Thank you so much for a job well done. read more

Gerardo is simply a miracle worker!!! I am so glad he was referred to me. Every time I look down at my carpets I think to myself "I'm so glad I didn't pay to have the place re-carpeted!" Gerardo's work is that damn good and his prices are fantastic. Gerardo will make your carpets look brand new at a lower price and quicker turnaround time than you would get actually re-carpeting. Courteous, knowledgeable, fair and quick, I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets and I will never let any of my friends or family use anyone else, but Gerardo, if I can help it!!! read more

This is long overdue, but I had new tenants moving in and had that bump in my carpet that needing to get stretched out. He was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him for any carpet needs. read more

Used the YELP system of getting a quote for a carpet stretching in one bedroom. Contacted three firms. All responded, two said they were out of the area even though their YELP map showed otherwise. Gerardo of Traffic Carpet Care responded the same day and had a fair price. On a phone call, we worked out the day of service for two days later. We had a number of smaller areas of concern in the 3500 SF of very light grey (read: WHITE) carpeting that is now over 25 years old. When Gerardo arrived on time, we discussed how to treat each problem area including the stretching in the bedroom. Some items Gerardo explained how we could do the work, others he could do the work - very fair, great advice. All in all, Gerardo is meticulous and professional. This is the kind of service person everyone should know and use. He spent over 6 hours working through all the areas in question and they are FANTASTIC looking. A few hundred dollars avoided thousands in carpet replacement. The best discovery was that Gerardo does Window Washing, Tile Grout Cleaning and Sealing, Natural Stone (ours is Slate flooring and Granite counters) cleaning and sealing, as well as basic carpet cleaning and repair. All of his equipment is in one van and he is equipped to do all of the work in one visit. HUGE ADVANTAGE not having to call all different craftsmen and go through the problem of finding good ones. Contact Gerardo for anything inside your house. We have plans to have him clean on our stonework, which is not something that every service company can do correctly. Hugely recommended read more

Here are the highs and lows of my experience with Traffic Carpet Care; I'll start with the positives: Alberto arrived as scheduled on a Sunday morning, ready to work and completed the carpet repair tasks in a professional and timely manner. Alberto thoroughly cleaned up the area before he left, which I really appreciated. Nice, kind man; I would highly recommend Alberto. On the other hand, I don't know how Gerardo (owner of this company, I'm guessing) stays in business with his poor telephone manners. I found Traffic Carpet Care on Yelp and told him so at the start of our phone conversation. I then inquired if this was a good time to talk and ask questions - to see if his company would be a good fit for my needs. I do this routinely, and think it is both polite and professional. We are all busy, and I don't want to start talking if it not a good/convenient time for person on other end of phone. Anyway, my attempt to speak with Gerardo got all twisted and convoluted because he thought I was a telemarketer trying to sell him something, despite my repeatedly saying that I wanted to talk about getting my carpet repaired. If it wasn't for such good reviews on Yelp - I would have given up on Gerardo within moments of the call. I tend to have a stubborn streak, however, especially when I need to get something done, so kept trying to understand why he was being so reluctant to talk with me. At one point, he said that I needed to make an appointment just to talk with him! I will not be calling Gerardo again. BTW, prior to calling Gerardo, I called another carpet repair company in Santa Clarita for the same issue and the woman could not have been more kind, helpful and patient answering my questions about how to best make the repairs (which were not at all complicated). I would have hired that company on the spot if they didn't add a surcharge to drive to Van Nuys (which I fully understand - time, gas, etc). So I returned to Yelp and found Traffic Carpet Care. Only wish Gerardo had been more welcoming and inviting of my business. Alberto, though, was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him. read more

Gerardo did an amazing job! My partner and I just moved to our beautiful new place in Santa Monica. Once we were finally all moved in, we noticed our blue velvet couch had just looked THRASHED! This was not good because we were one week away from throwing our house warming party. I was referred to call Gerardo who owns traffic carpet care. I wasn't sure if he would clean just a couch, much less take the trip all the way to Santa Monica! Well I was pleasantly surprised when he said he can do the job and doesn't mind coming out to do it! He was so professional and on time (typically for whatever reason most contractors are late and always have excuses) but he was on point! Not to mention my boyfriend is a tough one to impress when it comes to cleanliness and from the time Gerardo had left all the way til the evening, Zack couldn't stop talking about how great of a job Gerardo did! He said he saw how detail oriented Gerardo was and how he took his time making sure every inch was emasculate. So I'm just wanting to say Thank you so much for coming out and doing an amazing job! Worth every penny! Thank u thank u thank u! Xo read more
