First of all, I was not informed that lightening was part of the regimen and demanded its removal. When I asked the ingredients of the cream, the woman explained that she did not know the contents. I complained that she needed to explain what was being done to my face and she was very defensive rather than apologetic. I think that's what sent me over the edge when she essentially gaslighted me like I should've known what was happening. After this experience, I'm going to question every little thing future aestheticians are doing. The worst customer service experience.
