Had been coming here for over 3 years and thought this was a great place... well today I realized it is not. Shanu(the owner) was taking my payment and her machine appeared to not be working correctly because my payment was not going through. After just two tries she rudely said "you have money or not?" In a loud manner trying to embarrass me in front of like 10 other people. I went ahead and showed her my bank account to prove to her that I had money so that I did not look like a fool which was unnecessary cause I was her loyal customer of 3 years. Eventually she just told me to Apple Pay her and the begged me to accept her apologies when she saw that I actually had MORE than enough money. Very poor experience. Never coming back. read more

I love this place. I'm always able to walk in and get my eyebrows threaded. There's never too long of a wait. You can tell these ladies care about their work. They are patient and take their time and make sure not to over do it. And at the end they give you the option of gel or lotion and then give a temple massage that I'd pay for.... It's that good. Just moved to the Bronx was in desperate need of a facial. Went in for a gold facial. Too many distractions. The worker was on the phone. It's a shared space, other customers speaking too loud. The facial itself wasn't the best. I needed blackhead extractions. Left with a bunch still on my face. Not pleased at all. Will continue going back to the one in Queens until I find a good one in the Bronx. Needless to say I will not be returning. Waste of $55 read more

My 1st time at this place to get my hair washed and blown out because My girl Gina is now here and she is AMAZING!! GRACIAS GINA She recommended me to do my nails and as I didn't want to, I gave it a shot and sat with "Angela" the only nail girl there and as a lot of people might say how can you mess up on a simple manicure, my friends, it is possible.. but Angela did a great job. GRACIAS ANGELA.. her cuticle cleaning is on point.. The owner here was very friendly the place is clean and spacious. They do offer other services, and def recommend this place. I just went here today to get henna for Eid and lemme tell you this place is terrible. Over the phone they said their prices started at $5 but for a simple design they said it started at $15. They didn't even do it well, they didn't follow the design at all and kept messing up. Then they had the nerve to get angry when i brought up the prices mentioned in the phone call. It was embarrassing and so disrespectful - the owner not only lied to get customers, she made a big deal about keeping her word. Never go here for henna. It's a big disappointment. They made sure not to tell us the price until after the work was done and they kept saying they'd give us a discount. I was recommended by a friend to get my eyelashes done here. I was told to go to Zina, but when I arrived an older woman sat me in her chair , I believe she was the owner. She was very pushy and made me instantly uneasy and tense. She started to attempt to do my eyelashes and kept getting angry that I was tensing up. She dropped something in my eye which may have been glue. My eyes starting tearing up and I couldn't see. She put some eye drops in my eyes which made it worse. My vision was blurry and she then continued to put more drops in after begging her to stop. She then tried to actually finish doing my eyelashes and finally I escaped that place. I ended up in urgent care today and was prescribed an anti biotic, because they had no idea what she did or dropped in my eye. Beware !!!!!!!! Seriously this was terrifying. read more

This was a great place to go to! I went in for eyebrow threading and I ended up getting the diamond and gold facial. It was awesome. I found Xena!!!! She used to work a few blocks away and I was so devastated to hear she was no longer there. Zina is at Shanu's now!
