Nevertheless, your staff declined and required me to purchase what I needed outright, an unnecessary expense that should never have occurred. Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly. I always do. I am not angry. I am precise. And I will not be returning to that location. These individuals obviously hate themselves and their jobs, get better staff. AŚhe!
