It appears there is inadequate security, including a lack of proper camera coverage. A detective contacted me today and indicated that this has become a significant ongoing issue at this location. I have filed both a police report and an insurance claim, but the entire experience has been a nightmare. I strongly advise against storing your belongings here. Do not rent a storage unit from Enterprise Self Storage after reading this…read more The Enterprise Self Storage is the worst storage unit because they allow food and drink/juices companies to be storing various food and drink juices inside the storage units which you will see unmarked white moving or splinter vans shipping crates and crates full of various juices into the storage units Storing various juices that are sweet full of sugars attract rats, bugs, etc which Enterprise storage employees don't care 100% when you file a complaint or even email back and forth with the corporate office staff doesn't do nothing all It says it on the storage lease and agreements you are NOT allowed to store food, juices or drink inside the storage unit because it attracts rats, bugs, etc and they allow it at all of Enterprise Self Storage locations If you ever complain about another tenant that is renting a storage unit that is violating the storage unit lease, Enterprise storage unit will NEVER give you a discount for being inconvenienced from your time and money. I came here to rent a U-Haul to move some Furniture locally…read more The location is so clean and there is parking available, which is key. Many U-Haul rental places won't allow you to leave your car there but offer parking. Daniel the manager was so kind, the truck was super clean and the gas tank higher than what he expected me to bring it back in. I was a sliver under the three quarter mark when I brought it back and he didn't charge me, very gracious service! I highly recommend them for U-Haul rentals!

Wyman was disrespectful and discriminatory when we came to pay for a unit we reserved online. He also lied to us about the availability of units per their own website. Stating they were being fixed and couldn't provide us with an availability date. We were disrespectful or dressed down or anything. We simply were discriminated for whatever reason and they lost a for sure customer yesterday. I left feeling disrespected and disgusted with mamagements ability to properly staff and train their personnel with proper customer service skills and discrimination awareness. I got a unit across the street and another patron there told me they had similar dealings with this establishment. AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PLACE and find a place where the employees treat all customers properly. We visited the property at 1pm on 2/2/24.
