They raise it in November and they're gonna raise it in February but I was lucky enough to take everything out of there Sunday just the other day And put it in a storage unit. I built in my backyard. Finally, I was able to afford one nobody but nobody should use this facility. Please take heed. They are a rip off and way overpriced for what you get there.

I do not recommend renting from this storage place they are priced way too high, they attached late…read morefees when the payment is scheduled and not late for no reason, charging absurd pre- closure fees of $120. They pick and choose when they want to attach late fees. Meaning they aren't consistent across the board. Sometimes the payment was late with no additional charges and other months it was paid on time and they still attached late fee. Even when I explained that my brother committed suicide and that I had to pay for his funeral did they still attach a pre-closure fee when I came in and made a partial payment prior and completed the balance within 10 days. No consideration for what people may be going through or suffering. No condolences for my loss they are very cold hearted profiling people hustling them out of their money. And here's the icing on the cake today I received an email informing me that they would no longer give courtesy calls before they are going to cut locks they will just auction your space off. Kinda sounds like how Paris Hiltons storage was sold after missing a payment. I have attached the email. If you've been doing this for the 4+ years that I've been renting the storage from you why would you choose to stop other than it being greed and you wanting to sell peoples belongings for no reason. I pay you monthly rent the least you can do is give me a complementary courtesy call if you're going to lock me out my unit. I might have life lifing me and now you're gonna make it worse. What happened to being a kind human being? What happened to just doing the right thing? You just lost a customer cause somebody don't wanna do the job they've been doing. It's not anything new it's not something that just started they have done it for years and now you're choosing to stop making courtesy calls before you lock someone out there unit I hope this gets news coverage this is ridiculous. Better yet I am going to look at my contract and see if it's there because if it's not I feel like y'all might be getting sued so I hope you read the fine print. And I hope someone treats you and your belongings this way so that you know how it feels to play with peoples lives. Shady business practices that are run by greedy people portraying they have your best interest in mind. This has to be one of the shittiest business practices that I have seen in my life again if this is something that you have always done whether it's in the lease contract or not why would you choose to stop when you could really be saving someone from losing the most important items in their life. The owner personally came to my home, inspected the area I wished to drop my box and where Pods had refused to drop, and the next day his driver came to my warehouse to drop off an empty container, waited while we loaded it which we had completed in under 30 minutes and then took my To Go Box to my home address where it sits now happily in my 75 foot long 1949 drive way by my garage:) The Driver could not have been more gracious, helpful and courteous. Just the day before the Pods driver had been disrespectful; pompous and uncooperative and thus I canceled service with them (they lost a 7 month service contract) and now happy as can be with To Go Box!:) There are many choices via these mobile storage boxes, as is I have tried three; Pack Rat tried to add on unmentioned delivery fees not listed on their website thus I canceled that; Pods practically impossible to communicate with by phone unless you want to wait 40+ minutes and then luck of the draw if the driver is professional and courteous or not and then lastly of the three To Go Box whom I love and will happily use until my work is done:) I cannot say enough positive things about this business and it's people.
