I was introduced by a co-worker and I had a difficult case because due to previous bankruptcy and foreclosure I cannot take on loans. I also wanted a very specific type of Toyota Sienna van for my business. I visited twice and we finally found the perfect van for me - but....there was no immediate way to set up the financing. Sergio held on to the van for me for 1.5 whole months until I could get the financing organized!!!! Who does that??? Only a fabulous human being and a good business man as we will be his clients forever!!! Once I did the whole process was a breeze and very friendly and pleasant. AMAZING!!! Sergio and team we thank you and we will be seeing you soon for our next car!

I am so thankful I had my personal mechanic look at the car once we got in possession of it. I am so grateful I paid my personal mechanic and Nissan to look at the car before letting her drive the car 12 hours away to school. The car had other major transmission issues that we would not have immediately found. A major issue like this transmission issue could have made my daughter be stranded or unable to use the car while away. Customer service from Sergio - Co Owner who I was told to deal with for mechanical concerns was not good. He seemed a little uncaring about our dilemma and gave me a hard time to get our issues resolved. The other owner Damien was kore reasonable and apologetic about us not having the use of the car for so long. After about 15 days of not having her vehicle we eventually got the car. I know there is something called Buyer Beware and Buyers remorse. If you are buying a car here please make sure you get the vehicle checked. Beware of any slick contract moves and always get the extended warranty if offered. I understand buying used can be a hassle but the hassles I endured with buying this vehicle were unnecessary. Buy at your own risk!

    Talk about disrespectful! I have a rental from Enterprise…read moredue to a recent fender bender. So people from this location call me from car sales and when I kindly thank them for their offered services but I already have a dealership and lender, the man on the phone starts harrassing me with "oh, so what, you've already put a deposit on a car or?" and when I say yes to quickly end the conversation, he says "OK boss whatever you want". Talk about representing sterotypical car sales people to the letter. I've never been talked to like that.. On a 9 AM work-day phone call! I will never dream of using these people services and will advise others to avoid their disrespectful way of running a business. I've had far better luck dealing with Premier Subaru in Branford.

She was awesome , very friendly , easy to talk to , treated us with respect , great customer service and not pushy, like your regular car sales person. She took her time, answered all of our questions & was very patient. When we decided on the car we liked, Nancy ran the numbers for us and gave us a full breakdown of prices & options to choose from . She never made us feel pressured into buying a car, but simply supplied us with the info. Enterprise took care of everything. Did I mention quick walked in @ 10 am was out the door by 11:45 with a new car ,registration & plates . Doesn't get better than that ! :) We will definitely recommend this place to others! A big thank you to Nancy for your help ... You are simply the best .

I was honestly slightly wary of this dealer initially, because I'd found some negative reviews online from a couple years ago, plus it's an hour away from where I live. But they had what seemed like (and was!) a great deal on a 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander, a model I'd recently test-driven at a nearby dealer and loved -- so I had to at least check it out. I dealt exclusively with Carolyn Andersen, the general manager, and she was really responsive and easy to work with from the get-go. Since I wanted a mechanic to check it out, and my regular mechanic (Tires International in Manchester, they're great) was too far away, I looked for reviews online and was lucky enough to find Mike at Dulin Automotive in Milford, about 2 miles from Westshore Motors. Because it was so far from me, Mike suggested that I save myself the trip and just have the Westshore folks drive the car over. I didn't want to impose, but he said the folks at Westshore had done it before, so I asked Carolyn and she was happy to oblige (we'd already talked/emailed several times by then, so she knew I was sincerely interested). Mike was *awesome*, btw - did a very thorough job evaluating the car, called me right away with his findings (and wouldn't even let me pay him!). What he told me matched the info I'd gotten from Carolyn, no surprises - he said the only thing the car would need would be tires in a year or so, and all the other systems looked/worked great. So, with an enthusiastic thumbs-up from the mechanic, we went down pretty sure that we'd get the car, and our official test drive was to the bank to get a cashier's check, lol! Kind of unorthodox, but it was pretty seamless, no surprises. I also felt like Carolyn gave us a fair price on our trade-in. She made the whole process easy and very pleasant, and I hope the next time we need a new car we can find something good closer to home - but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Carolyn again! :) Edit - 1/2/18 -- Just wanted to add that 3+ years later, the car is still running perfectly -- no problems, no surprises, just a great car!

The car was in excellent condition & had been dealer maintained with only one owner. Great find ! I called & spoke with Brian & later Joe. This past Friday, I decided to go there & check it out. I test drove the car, it ran well, no major problems. The vehicle's condition was as advertised. The staff & owner were very pleasant & easy to deal with. They have some beautiful cars in their showroom. They also have motorcycles, including a very nice Harley (black with silver chrome) in the garage. Saw many different makes of car, ranging from affordable daily drivers to Porsche 911's. Nice selection but not snobbish at all. They were very helpful in terms of making the purchase easy, if I decide to buy the car (still considering it). While I was waiting for the Car Fax report, another customer called in looking for a sports car. I got the impression that he was a longtime customer. They chatted like they were friends. Unlike some other used car dealers, Village does not have "phantom" vehicles on its website that "were just sold" or a high pressure "make a deposit now!" Approach. All their cars are dealer trade ins and everything he told me about the vehicle checked out. He also went the extra mile to prep the car ahead of schedule for our pick up. Additionally, he noticed the emissions were coming up for inspection and had them done for us while our dog accompanied him! Quality, upfront, personable and I would definitely do business with Joe again!

    ** WARNING ** Do…read moreNOT Purchase ANYTHING from KEY Hyundai in Milford Connecticut: On 3/27/2026 I Went to get my B (Bullshit) Service done, and the CLOWNS they have working in the SERVICE Department screwed-up my Oil Change. They Blamed it on the "Oil Filter"... right ! ALL Employees in the SERVICE Department are A-HOLES. Days Later On 4/1/2026, (under a week since the B Service) I'm driving home from Massachusetts and around 4 PM on I-95 South, Prior to approaching Exit 55, my cars gas pedal was not going fast, like it was breaking down. Then, my Map Screen flashed Check Battery. Then, my RPM Circle turned Yallow and said "No Oil" or something close to that. Being in the Left Lane, I knew I needed to move to the Right Lane FAST going to the BreakDown Lane. I almost Died. Two cars from the Left And Right Lanes just kept going, somehow I rolled into the Breakdown Lane. It was Raining and I had to wait 2 Hours and 15 Minutes for the Hyundai Breakdown Flat Bed to get me. The man was Excellent to me, and got the car to KEY pass 6 PM (they were Closed). A slew of Texts went back and forth between Anthony @ Key and Me. On Friday 4/3/2026, one week later from the B Service, I went to speak to the RUDE ARROGANT Service Manager (?) who told me to wait. I got a little loud with him, and he walked into the Repair (?) center. I went Outside to call Milford Police Department. I knew they couldn't do anything about it, but I wanted this issue to be Documented. The officer talked to me, then him, then all three together. Bottom line to all this ? My car had engine seizure. 2023 Elantra Just paid off in March, and now this ! Theas A-HOLES are going to put a NEW Engine in my car for me ? When they cannot EVEN do an oil change correctly. P.S. I know a person on Thompson Street in Milford - same issue. Key Hundai still has their Car and it's been OVER 3 Months as of 4/3/2026. Now it's off to see my Lawyer to get a NEW car FREE.
