Jen was super friendly & quickly got me & my cousin settled in the back waiting area. The office was nicely organized & have a nice subtle vibe. As I filled out the paper work Jen introduced us to the massage therapist who was waiting on a client & Jen gave her rave reviews as well. When the Doc finally got down to the consult, I was ecstatic as she was on point with all her assessments of my spinal care. Dr. Dana gave me the full works with heat/shock & that fabulous table that swivels like you are on a ski doo. Excellent experience & I felt better too. Jen stated she will let me know if they take my insurance & I asked about packages as I will definitely be back as the experience was amazing. The first person I spoke with was a lovely woman who was very helpful. She said that they didn't accept my insurance. Once I heard the cost, I told her I would have to shop around. Once I hung up, I remembered that I have a Visa debit card linked to my health reimbursement account that I typically use to pay for non-covered things. I called back and got a different person. I explained the conversation that I had 60 seconds prior when I called and when I asked if they would accept my card (I've found that not everyone accepts 'FSA' cards as they are called) was met with "you should call your insurance company and find out if you're covered". I explained that I was already told that they didn't accept my insurance but simply wanted to know if they would accept the card. Again I got push back telling me to call my insurance company. When I asked to speak with the woman I had previously spoken with, I was told she was unavailable. I then said that I typically could find out if the card was accepted from the billing department and asked if I could speak to them. Again I was told they were unavailable. I then asked for the man's name. He said Todd though I'm not sure if he was being truthful since he know I was not happy by now. I explained that I would be writing a review to let people know how obnoxious and unhelpful he was. I am a business owner and if one of my people dealt with a potential client like that I would absolutely want to know. I also decided to take it a step further and tell the person who referred me to Real You what happened so that they didn't refer anyone else there.

I met Dan through a mutual friend and he has gotten me back on track. We started slow and have been gradually increasing intensity with each workout and I am already seeing positive changes in my body! He's super knowledgeable -not just about exercise but diet too and makes the workouts fun (minus the burpees). He checks in, holds me accountable, and genuinely cares.
