I was recommend Dr. Ryan by a close friend when I noticed I had trouble inhaling deeply due to a slight pain in my upper left scapula area. I lift 6 days a week and put a lot of strain on my body so I knew something was out of wack. I have gone to a chiropractor once before- but this visit was truly what I needed. Once again Dr Ryan is a lifesaver. Very early on in my pregnancy (only about 6 weeks along) I was having very painful round ligament pain making it difficult to twist, bend, lift and pull which is kind of what we nurses do on a daily basis. I've started seeing Dr Ryan for realignment and to help stretch those ligaments that little baby keeps yanking on. My husband and I purchased this deal as it advertised "a one-hour massage customized to your unique pains and treatment plan". Unfortunaltely this was a time share like deal which required three separate visits to the office wher ewe sat through a 'timeshare" sale of chiropractic treatments for a minumum of $400 per month. When we finally got to the massage several weeks later it was not at all as advertised. It was a 50 minute general relaxation massage where the mediocre massage therapist had not consulted with the doctor, and had absolutely no specialized knowledge of our last two visits to the office. I was involved in a car accident and multiple injuries from snowboarding 10 years ago. Dr Rob has been teaching me about the subluxations that occurred due to those accidents. I have suffered from chronic pain for yeas. I have been seeing Dr. Walcher since February and have noticed a significant difference in my pain. Sometimes, it is non-existent. I go three times a week, and I feel better every time. I also commit to an active lifestyle and try to eat healthy which helps the overall feeling. My neck was completely straight in the first x-ray (it is supposed to be slightly curved) and I can't wait to see my x-rays after this treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this place. Not only is it a great excuse to see the ocean a couple of times a week, but he's helped me heal and feel like myself again. I generally take really good care of myself and my back (I have to, with scoliosis). However, a sudden 2014 stress-related related injury led to a pinched nerve and blocked energy and just a really uncomfortable experience in my own skin. I did so much to try to reverse and heal that injury, but it's 50% what I do and 50% having a chiropractor that effectively aids me in the process. For two years my efforts felt in vain and healing seemed non existent or at least very very slow, even though I was seeing other chiropractors at the time. Since starting to see him just a few months ago, my healing has been so expedited. I only wish I'd found his office sooner. read more
