I hired him for a few tasks: window leak, installing new bedroom door, and changing the wheel on my gate. The job on the window leak was horrific. He used interior spackle for the exterior of the window. This not only didn't fix the leak, but interior spackle is not rated for rain, and the window glass is coated in runny compound as it drips down. The compound is flaking off the window as well! It's horrible, and I need to hire someone which cost even more just to fix the job and remove his work. In addition, he spray-painted something but put nothing down so he spray-painted my ground white. This is completely unacceptable. He also charged me for several hours of work to put a new wheel on a gate, only to then take it off and put the original wheel back on. I am not sure why he did just know that the new wheel wouldn't work to begin with... At the hourly rate he is charging, he should've known immediately or not charged me for the work, or absolutely nothing was done in the end . He was able to hang the door and change a door knob though . I wouldn't recommend using this Handy Man ever.

They called me a 2nd time I informed the owner I would have my son pick it up. She said fine the balance due at pick up is $525.00 i said no problem The next day my son called me from Their shop explaining that my pressure washer is not their ,, they can not find it . I ask to speak to the owner she tells me she has an open repair invoice for the unit that shows the repairs where done but it has not been paid. She said she will call me back when she gets to the bottom of this. The next day she calls me and said one of my guys picked up the unit yesterday. I explained to her that's impossible we are a small company my son would be the only person would pick it up and he doesn't have a company credit card to pay for the repair. This back and forth went on for a day or two and finally i drove down to their shop. I asked to speak to the person who loaded my unit onto who ever took it truck. My only work truck has decals and our company logo all over it. Their shop guy told me I did not load that until on that truck it was a white truck with a tailgate. Clearly these guys have given my pressure washer that's worth around $3000 dollars to someone else. They will not admit it they came up with the idea that I stole my own pressure washer,,,,,, it turned into a yelling match the older lady called Sac PD . After the officer listening to everyone told me clearly they gave it to the wrong person , However theirs nothing we can do you have to take them to small claims court.
