We were also disappointed that there were not scissors offered to help get the meat out of the crab / lobster - we really had to work for it! On a positive note, we did make good use of the wet wipes that were given to us as well as our bibs and gloves. The seasoning and tofu had excellent prices, the mochi realistic, and the rice crackers more pricey than expected. They have a 10% discount on some items, which was a nice touch. It was busier than I thought on a Monday afternoon but we didn't have to wait long in line, and service was quick and efficient. I'd come back when in the area for my shopping needs!
