    Poke! Chicken and tuna!
    Christa M.

The Poke we had from here was delicious! I recently just discovered Poke and I cant get enough of it! My Poke bowl order consisted of: White rice Ahi tuna Chicken House sauce Spicy mayo Radish sprouts Edamame Cucumbers Cilantro Green Onion Onion Crab Salad + $1 Wonton Crisps Toasted Garlic Roasted Seaweed Service could've been better as the worker rushed through my order even though there was no line and she did not seem friendly. The inside was clean, food was yummy!

Very clean restaurant,, really fresh food, nice atmosphere.,friendly service, great selection with good-size portions! I had the Poke Bowl with chicken and shrimp, lots of fresh veggies, crispy, wonton strips, crispy onions, and the spicy mayo sauce! This was such a yummy combination! This place is a great find!

Finding really good poke around Mesa has been tough but this spot met my expectations. Walking in I was already greeted and the staff even explained how to order which is great for the first timers. The quality of their poke is A1. Everything was fresh, even the toppings were on point. I'd say the pricing is worth the quality of poke you receive. So far this spot will be my go-to for poke.

I'm always looking for good seafood places to eat on Fridays during lent, and I love poke so I wanted to try this place out. In my opinion, they have a decent portion size, not super small but not a large portion. Unfortunately, what I didn't like about this place is that you have to pay extra for seaweed salad or imitation crab. I've never been to a poke place that charges extra for these items, I feel like it should be included since the bowl is already fairly expensive. This wouldn't be my first choice for poke, but it's decent and would satisfy my cravings!

Been here a couple of times and I've enjoyed both. The fish seems a little fresher here than the place I typically go to. Good portion but they'll charge you extra for some toppings other places don't. Nevertheless, this place is on my rotation of poke places. Easy parking and clean restaurant. Staff isn't super friendly but quite efficient which I appreciated.

This review is regarding using this location for delivery from Uber Eats so not taking into account delivery aspects though they were great and on time, nor ambience since I didn't visit the location. However the food is quite plentiful and I felt like it was a decent effort to capture the poke spirit. My daughter ordered tuna, shrimp, spicy mayonnaise and a scoop of krab (yes with a k) salad. Came out to $17....and my order of salmon, yellowtail, extra salmon, and two scoops of krab salad wasn't badly priced at $21. For reference, you can order multiple proteins and even veggie options. I had some mango with it and of course my furikake. Lots of great combinations can be made it appears. I'd say the rice was a bit under seasoned and my miso soup which was $2.99 wasn't too flavorful either. Again not bad, but just decent. I'd be willing to visit this place in person next time we are out that way. This particular visit was for a dance convention and clearly they had to do their part to get the food there at promised delivery time. I think the total prior to delivery fees came out to about $51, and that included 6 bottles of water at $1.5 apiece. Fair price and the bottles of water saved me money vs the hotel wanting to sell the same bottles for $6 a bottle.... No brainer there. Add the delivery in and it was closer to $70 so if you have the ability to visit in person I'd say it would be a good value.

I've been getting Poke from this location for a while. The staff is always nice and friendly. One of the things that I like is their portion. You really get what you pay for. The ambiance is also nice.

I haven't been here for some time since my work schedule changed. I finally had the chance to come in on my lunch for a sushi burrito, which I had never ordered from here before! It is hefty! I wasn't expecting it to be so big, but for $15, I guess it should be! I packed mine with yellowtail and salmon, watermelon radishes, cucumbers, and carrots, and it was covered in spicy mayo. The whole thing was wrapped in a sheet of seaweed, but with how big it was, maybe two sheets would have been good? It'll probably never order the sushi burrito again with how messy it was, but I appreciated the fork that came with it. Service is still great, and quality is still 10/10

Was craving Poke and discovered this place through Yelp search. The place is a good medium size place and clean upon walking in. While the lady at the counter was busy with 2 customers' orders, I was not greeted or acknowledged. But another gentleman from the kitchen came to the front to greet me and take my order. I got their 2 protein poke bowl with 1/2 brown rice (which I requested less rice but regular 1/2 of field of greens salad. My 2 proteins were spicy tuna and scallops. They have a large selection of sides to dress it up and toppers. All I can say is, you will not go away hungry and it's not overly expensive to add a protein (i think it was $2 or $2.25, can't remember). Everything tasted fresh and seasoned well. I would definitely go out of my way to get their food.

It had been quite some time since I had last been, and my most recent visit didn't disappoint. Every time I've ever been here, it's always been busy during the dinner rush, but service has always remained quick and attentive. It certainly isn't what I would call a "fine dining" experience, but it's upscale enough and has good enough food to feel like a meaningful night out with family, friends, or your partner. For an appetizer, we enjoyed their bread and butter, which was fantastic. The bread also came with olive oil and seasonings to dip it in, which was also very tasty. For dinner, I enjoyed their grilled cod with French and sweet potato fries, as well as coleslaw. While the fish was slightly overcooked, the meal overall was still delicious, filling , and well worth the trip back to High Tide. Definitely swing in if you've never been!

The cakes themselves are big and full of crab with just the right amount of filling to create a decadent and moist cake! We also shared the seared jumbo scallops...High Tides knows how to cook scallops to the best! So yummy and tender and perfectly cooked with that crispy outer and the soft, creamy inside. We also shared a Caesar salad and one of the things we love about this place...ask and you can get some fresh anchovy on the side to add to the salad. Plus, they had a hydration station with water that is much needed in our Arizona heat - thank you! Our server Alex was phenomenal and provided great insights with recommendations. We greatly appreciate it as it was both of ours first time visiting this establishment to try the Arizona Restaurant Week specials. For my 1800th review on Yelp, I couldn't think of a more fitting review - Arizona Restaurant Week helping me venture out to try somewhere new (the Yelp way)! Lastly regarding the experience, it was quite loud due to it being busy, so appreciate Alex repeating somethings over. Thanks for the great service to make this a great night out! What We Ordered: ~ Onward and Upward (Non-alcoholic): my boyfriend enjoyed the flavor, but wild to think a NA drink is $15! He said likely not a do over. ~ Dirty Vodka Martini + Blue Cheese-stuffed Olives: the first outside was not as good as the one at the table. I'd definitely buy another when returning, especially dining in as the olives were delicious. ~ Fresh Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls: very delicious, and we enjoyed! Definitely a splurge as the price point was $12 for 5 rolls. I did find myself wishing they were served with a nice French butter or even a honey cinnamon butter, which would elevate these and help me justify the price point. ~ Arizona Restaurant Week which included a starter, entree, and the selected dessert (boyfriend: Oysters + Sushi selection and me: Caesar Salad + blackened Texas Redfish): Both my boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed and thought it was well worth the $55 per guest price point. Standouts for him were the oysters and sushi, stating they were very fresh. My standout was the delicious redfish, and the sushi as I tried some of his. Everything was fresh and flavorful! We left talking about when we can return for their actual menu versus restaurant week. Love finding great local places via Arizona Restaurant Week. If in the area, stop by this location!

This place looked like it did a good seafood boil and was located near where our hotel was. Upon entering we were greeted and sat right away. He ordered a shrimp basket while I ordered my usual snow crab. Heads up, all the supplies will be brought in the bottom of the discard bucket like gloves, lemons, and crab crackers. I wasn't aware of this, and placed all the discarded items on top of it while eating bareheaded as I didn't see supplies, and no one was around to ask. Usually places will bring on the side, and I wish I was told that in advance when it was brought to the table. It made for quite the mess, but if we return I'll know for next time. Once our server returned to check in after 10+ minutes that's when we were advised, and I adjusted though I had put my boil bag in there so most had been soiled. It was perfectly cooked and came with 2 sauces that I have never had served with it before. One was MaPloi, and the other was an aioli that was nicely spicey. The portion was large and unfortunately, we couldn't finish it. Companion ordered Fish & Chips. A nice sized portion of cod, perfectly fried. Unfortunately, the chips were not fried the way companion asked for them and most of them were left on the plate. For myself, I ordered the Scallop & Shrimp Combo which came with nicely prepared brussel sprouts which were grilled and then had balsamic vinegar over them. Companion ordered Bread Pudding. Sliced from a loaf and served with a Jack Daniels Whiskey sauce and a ball of vanilla ice cream. A delicious cupcake sized portion tasting deeply of butter, served with whipped cream, berries, and topped with vanilla ice cream. Once again, the portion was so big that I could only eat half of it.
