He meticulously managed our entire party and promptly addressed our requests. I had booked the VIP room for my husband's 35th birthday, and he had an unforgettable time. The room surpassed my expectations, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of our own private club. Full House generously offered to decorate the celebration, and they did an outstanding job. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by an abundance of balloons, creating an awe-inspiring ambiance. Now, let me tell you about the culinary experience. The food was simply extraordinary. It was freshly prepared, bursting with flavors that left us utterly delighted. I highly recommend trying the baked chicken wings; they are an absolute must-try. We will undoubtedly return to Full House not only to savor the delectable food but also to create lasting memories and host future celebrations. Thank you, Full House, for making our experience truly unforgettable!

Everything was in mandarin, and even after trying to switch the language, most of the interface stayed the same. It took a while to figure out, but once we did, it was ok... The service was alright. Also - inside the private room. It got SO hot in there that it felt like a toaster oven. Seriously, they need to install better air conditioning or improve the ventilation because it made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, the food and drinks are excellent, and every visit is a great experience. A special shoutout to Arthur, who consistently provides outstanding service. He always takes great care of us, and I've seen him handle a packed crowd on his own while still making sure every customer receives attentive service. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. If you're looking for a place with great food, great drinks, and exceptional service, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

There's no floor service, and the bartenders won't even acknowledge you unless you walk right up to the bar. There is zero waitress service, and the bartenders completely ignore you until you approach them. When we finally got ordered, our drinks were served in the smallest plastic cups,. The excuse? "Due to fights." But yet the price was the same, as a normal cocktail drink. Yet, my boyfriend was served a Corona in a literal glass bottle... go figure. Food also comes on paper plates. To top it off, the male bartender was not welcoming at all!!

I've had your steak and lobster and I can't wait to try your many choices recommended dishes. I love Peter, your bartender as well as Danielle and Stephanie. Third lovely lady's name escapes me. She's a sweet gal, as well. All work so hard with joy and kindness. Thank you for having karaoke five- six days a week. I've yet to hear a band there, but I do know this... they're all wonderful and great bands that you hire. I miss comedy night again, but I know it's on my wish list. This landmark is a hidden gem. Thank you to all the karaoke/dj hosts. See you this week!

However, My main complaint is the drink pricing. Domestic beers are listed at $7.70, but the charge is rounded up to $8 without any explanation, and you don't receive change. This feels misleading (if you order a lot of drinks and notice this you will definitely stiff the servers a good tip unwittingly) It wouldn't be an issue if the beers were simply listed as $8 from the start. Clear pricing would make for a much better customer experience. Maybe management is skimping the servers??? Still a decent place.

After months of planning, I was naturally nervous, but Bill made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions, and always willing to work with me to make sure every detail came together. Most importantly, he was true to his word. Everything we discussed beforehand was delivered exactly as promised, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff was just as amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a great time. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so I could relax and enjoy such a special evening with my family and friends. The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, the service, and how well everything was organized. Seeing the look on my husband's face when he walked into his surprise party is a memory I'll treasure forever, and this venue played a huge part in making that moment possible. Thank you, Bill, and your incredible team, for helping create a night our family will never forget. I would recommend this venue without hesitation and would gladly host another event here in the future.

My wife and I visited Lincoln House for the first time, and it was a terrible experience from start…read moreto finish. The service was extremely slow to start--we waited a while just for water and to get drink orders taken. We ordered the Ahi tuna appetizer, which was good, but the course pacing completely fell apart after that. Our salads took 25 minutes to arrive. Before I could even get the fresh ground pepper I requested, our main courses were rushed to the table while we hadn't even started our salads. The food quality was unacceptable for an upscale restaurant: Both my wife and I ordered our steaks medium-rare. Mine arrived completely leathery, dry as a bone, and thoroughly overcooked. I didn't eat a single bite of it. My wife's steak arrived medium-well, and her side of rice was completely dry. The bottle of red wine we ordered from their very small wine list was served warm. When we declined having the steak re-fired or free dessert, we finished our wine and asked for the check. The $62 inedible steak was still on the bill, so I asked to speak with the owner. When I calmly explained the issues, the owner became angry that I didn't want the steak redone and walked away mid-conversation. He eventually came back, removed the $62 steak, and told us he didn't want us back in his restaurant. To top it off, for an establishment charging fine-dining prices where guests dress up, the owner was wearing shorts and sneakers. One chance is all a restaurant gets to make a good impression. Lincoln House missed the mark completely. We will not be returning.
