We were told that we could have them come out to spray again if we see the pests within the next 30 days. They are supposed to check 65% of the stations so that should have required inspection of 17. The technician only checked 2 and these were pictured in his report. This violates the contract I have with this Terminex franchise and shows a total lack of integrity and trustworthiness. I am canceling my service plan with them and I would recommend you pass this company by when looking for pest control for your home.
