We tried for over a year to get rid of the mouse issue on our own. My wife and I were hesitant to hire a professional, not sure why. We hired one of "big" company's first. Gave them our cc info just to get an inspection which turned into the sales person trying to sell us their $700 a year plan instead of figuring out the problem. They were absolutely useless. From scheduling to not solving the problem we hired them to do. Our friend recommended we ask for our money back (which we did but never got it back) and look up Red Owl Pest Control. The experience was great from the get-go. When Sasa came out (the very same day I called them) to our home, we were more than impressed. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing and had answers for all our stupid questions and concerns. He even wore shoe covers so he wouldn't bring dirt into the house, which wasn't necessary, but a nice touch. He solved the problem by finding and sealing the entry point which mice were using to get in and eliminated the ones that were already in. I had a wasp nest on my front porch and I tried to spray it myself but it didn't work. Also 2 about 30ft high. Found Pest Czar on Google and saw the high ratings. Gave them a call and from the first conversation I knew it was the correct choice!! They came today less than 30 min after the starting window.Tim and his partner were so nice and very knowledgeable, answering ALL my questions and letting me know that I had yellow jackets and paper wasps. They knocked down the 2 nests on my top floor and took the nests with them and sprayed all 3 areas. Then when it came to charge me they took some money off because it wasn't that complicated. I've had a problem with mice for the last 4 months. After leaving Terminix and registering with Pest Czar, I can gladly say that I am very impressed with the service! Had my second appointment today and Seth did an outstanding job! He thoroughly looked through our house and checked the bait boxes that he set last time. Signs of mice were miniscule which showed that the first appointment was effective. He even found a new point of entry that was disregarded by the last company and sealed it up right there on the spot! Highly recommend! Pest Czar has been helping me deal with a rat problem. When I called, they talked me through the inspection, treatment process, and pricing. (Their pricing is fair, based on other estimates I collected. It also helps that they offer a 90-day guarantee.) They're very responsive and diligent about coming back to check on things. I have to give these guys full props. I started off with squirrels in my attic and when Sasha and Tim were done, there were no squirrels.
