I can't say enough good things about this vet. All of the doctors are knowledgable, helpful, kind…read moreand caring. The staff up front and vet techs are amazing as well. They took wonderful care of my anxious big dog in a very stressful situation. He ended up needing surgery and they were outstanding with communication during the whole process. I appreciate everyone there answering all of my 1000's of questions and being so patient as I figured out what to do for my dog. I'm so grateful that we found this wonderful vet and will only trust them with our animals in the future.

Their prices are outrageous. I had to ask 4 times before i finally got copies of my dog and cats bloodwork and xrays. No communication. Dont answer phone, texts or email. So ya, I became irritated and rude. Give me my overy priced test results for my pets. $2500 to remove a tooth. Could never get a straight answer on anything i asked when they said my cat had diabetes. As soon as i said i was going to get a second opinion, vet told me i couldnt go back because i was disrespectful. Ya, im dealing with my 2 pets health, im gonna demand better treatment. And what about the respect i was given? Talking over me, charging incorrectly, not giving me the test results. Told i couldn't even go back even if my pet was bleeding to death. Stay far away from these people. If you take their advice and don't question them, and of course, can afford their outrageous pricing, you'll be fine. But if you dare question or complain about their rude staff or ask for test results, you'll be banned. As the vet personally told me herself, there are many other veterinarians in the area. I suggest you try one of them. ****Good AI response from office manager, but none of this compassion, care or communication was shown in my pets, or my own case. Good luck with whatever you choose.

They don't do unnecessary tests and are fair, honest and kind. Despite Vader just wanting to escape (or Princess wanting to bite) it's not their fault in anyway shape or form. The vets are all nice, and try their best to make Vader less fearful. My 17 year old cat- well- they just let her be 17 and grouchy. They don't push vet diets and understand owners (and their budgets). If you need a vet in this very busy area- try to wait for these guys. It's worth it.

We were able to carry him in on his own bedding, which he stayed on until the end. We were given all the time we needed to privately say good-bye. We were given water, tissues, and comfort. They even offered the option of leaving out the side door if we didn't want to be emotional in front of people in the waiting room. A couple weeks later, we received a beautiful copy of the "Rainbow Bridge" poem with our dog's paw print on it. The entire staff signed a hand-made card offering their condolences. When I came back to pick up his ashes, the staff once again gave such heartfelt condolences. I wasn't just a number, and it showed!

Not only is it a cozy house turned into a vet clinic, but the people there are so inviting and kind. Cali gets excited to go there because she knows she'll get all kinds of treats and attention. They let her wander around the office to check everything out, so she feels comfortable. As an added bonus, they schedule so you're the only patient/customer in the clinic at the time of your appointment. No worry of dogs not getting along with others, or any kind of chaos. It's really nice. Dr. Hunter is lovely. She is thorough and takes all things into consideration for any possible treatments. She doesn't provide treatment, unless she truly believes it's necessary, so as not to put any stress on your pet's system or throw any part of their system out of balance. She has food recommendations, and tests as necessary. She clearly has an affinity for animals, and you can see it in the way she cares for them. We are very lucky to have found this place. I feel confident that Cali is getting the care she needs!

We were able to get an appointment on the same day and were extremely impressed. Dr. Hadley and our Tech Dani could not have been any better. The attention to detail, care, patience, knowledge and time they took with us and our dog (Khaki) was incredible. They asked us questions and took the time to make sure they completely understood the issue and then did a thorough exam. A few days after, we were contacted by Dani to make sure everything was going well. I think we received better care from Dr. Hadley and Dani for our dog than we do for our own personal physicians. Not to forget the front office staff, but they too were very welcoming and even asked if we wanted water or coffee while we waited. We plan on making this our new personal vet and adding our two beagles to the future patient list when vaccines are needed. Thank you Dr. Hadley and Dani

If we could rate it negative stars I would. I'm appalled at…read morethe experience my friend just had with her cat. My friend's cat Sushi was refusing to walk on his back paw/leg, and held it up as high as he could. So when I took a look at it for her - I have had cats as pets for 30+ years and grew up on a farm- I told her she needed to have a vet look at his paw. Intermountain Vet was able to get her in the next day and she told them we thought it was his paw and they completely ignored her and told her it was probably the hip, and it was likely fractured and they could do an xray for $500, and they have a surgeon on staff that can do surgery for $4-5k" And she asked them again to please look at the paw because of what I said, and also he was holding his entire leg and foot up against his body and if his hip was fractured, I don't think he would be using those muscles like that! She said They briefly glanced at the paw and said "it's just dirty" and didn't even examine it!!!. And when she asked for antibiotics- they said it wouldn't help his hip. She left, and thankfully they sent him home with 3 days of pain meds. I had her cat come to my house so I could watch him and do saline soaks multiple times a day, and his swollen paw was so swollen we didn't know there was an abscess until it popped! Pus and blood all over his paw. she told the vet what happened and sent them the photos I took and said he needs antibiotics like we asked for before- they agreed & did prescribe them, but they didn't apologize. They didn't admit they were wrong. Day 3 of saline soaks and the swelling is down in his paw, the abscess on top is healing nicely, he is walking normal on all 4 paws, and jumping. I looked at the paw pads and I can see that he had a cut on his pad that likely had gotten infected and caused the abscess. Thankfully it had been healing from The saline and colloidal silver paw soaks. The vet and assistant are clearly idiots, and their blatant refusal of examining the paw was completely unethical and ridiculous. Even my friend's 11 year old knew it was the paw. Clearly they just wanted her to pay for expensive procedures that were not necessary, after providing neglectful care and did not do their due diligence of an actual exam of the paw. Don't waste your money at this vet. Might as well Come see me instead, since I clearly can tell you correctly what is wrong and won't charge you an arm and leg.
