Can't speak for the grooming because my pup didn't get groomed here. The products here though however seem well organized and of top quality. There were multiple selections of raw food from frozen to kibbles. I'm a beginner at using raw food but the lady at the cash register was very informative and helpful. My pup seemed to like the raw food but it does give him runny stools (you can return the food if it doesn't work out for you). The cashier said the food goes into donation when returned which is a great policy instead of wasting it and trashing it. read more

I've been taking my cocker spaniel there for over a year. A girl name Ashley, groomed him twice did a fantastic job each time but then she quit. Since then, they have been having high turnover and 3 different people have groomed him. Each one doing a worse job and, charging more. This last person Wednesday, April 10 was horrible. I asked them to thin out his hair, smooth out the sides. When I picked him up, nothing was smooth or thinned out. I asked her to try again and she just made it more choppy so I asked her if she could smooth it out And it got worse. He looked like garbage. I said never mind. They charged me $145 and I left. When I got home, I noticed quarter sized scrapes behind each ear, which were raw. Clearly they had been bleeding at the shop before I picked him up. I will never take my dog there again. read more

They put my French bulldog which is a brachycephalic dog, a.k.a. a flat faced dog in a cage dryer for 30+ mins. That is a grooming 101. No no. He came out not the same and completely scarred and scared. Dogs that with flat faces should never be in cage dryers, no matter if they are cool with open sides or hot dryers. The fact that this is even a practice there to put these dogs in dryers is a huge liability. My pup had to see the vet on site after this because he wasn't acting well. He was dehydrated and had a hypothermic reaction per the vet. THREAD LIGHTLY IF YOU HAVE A FLAT FACED DOG! It's too bad because I really loved their facility and wanted to try getting him groomed. They offered to groom him again for me, and do a "pass through grooming" but they wanted to charge me more for not putting him in a cage dryer. I'm sorry... what?! I'm giving them a 1 star because zero isn't an option and I love all the retail options you can buy. read more

A cute, small, and convenient pet store for all pet needs. I stopped by here because the local pet store I usually go to didnt have the right bedding in stock for my hedgehog, so I checked Pet Center and they had something similar to what i was looking for. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to find what I was looking for and in case while I was looking, I wasnt satisfied, they were able to accomodate and see if their main hub, Reber Ranch, would have it. What i loved while roaming the store, was that they have healthy organic treats and food for pets. It was also easy to find/navigate around the store. I will definitely drive outta my way to get down here if my local pet store doesnt have the stuff im looking for again. read more

I would of gave five stars but I can't ever seem to get an appointment to get her groomed unless I wait two months. They do have a spot to groom your dog yourself if you wanted. Booked an appointment 2months earlier , and find out the regular groomer I go to had called out the day before and can't rebook till 2weeks later! Shame on you! Every time I've come in the store I have received personalized service from looking at purchasing toys, to snacks, to harnesses, to clothing. This place is pretty neat, they have lots of pet products and food choices. There's a grooming service area where you can see your pets getting pampered. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love buying our dogs a few treats and our guinea pigs their favorite hay. Very disappointed today. Jacked the price of the grooming I always get my dog by $25.00. Said the groomers were making mistakes by under charging people . Been going there for 2 yrs. Finding a new groomer who only charges $100.00 for full body cut , bath, blow, brush and nails . Next appt. will be in Black Diamond . We had an appointment and the people signing us in seemed very disorganized and rushed. They don't send any Email confirmations or specifics needed for each appointment if necessary. At our appointment they seemed more eager to cancel when we didn't have immediate proof of all the vaccinations our dog needed rather than allows us a moment to find it, which we did. It's all the dog, cat, and small animal stuff, including grooming, that Reber Ranch (their parent company) has with none of the farm animal products; basically a competitor to Mud Bay. Really great frozen and raw food selection! Prices are hit or miss. Some of them are a bit higher than Mud Bay while others are several dollars less - it pays to shop around! Complete with very friendly employees, Pet Central is a nice addition to the MarketPlace. read more

This place is awesome!! Not only do they sell our wet food that we feed our 3 adorable fur babies but they sell our dry food too! The employees are always super helpful when we come in! Today on 10/3 at 6/630ish I think I spent close to an hour at the store trying to figure out what to do for my cats that have hair balls and mats. Britney (Brittany?) helped me figure out the different ways I could help reduce hairballs. She introduced me to the wipes, brushes, pumpkin purée and some other things that have helped with her Maine Coon and long haired cats. She was very thorough about explaining everything and reassured what I needed to do. I will forever remember all the help she gave me especially for being patient and listening to all my fur baby concerns I had! The other gal was helpful as well although I don't know her name. The service is great! The groomers are amazing!! I was really hesitant to take Diesel (Husky) to a groomer because the last one I took him to said he kept trying to bite her. Mind you he was 4 months at the time. He's 2 years old now and he's great with people. But her statement stuck with me the whole time. I just so happened to take my GSD in and there was a Husky being groomed. The groomer seemed comfortable with the Husky and it seemed to quite enjoy itself. Although I was still anxious about taking Diesel in, the groomer made me feel comfortable with leaving him with her. I must say that he was a happy boy when he walked out all nice and clean! They got a lot of the fur out that was making him uncomfortable. We try but we can never get it good enough. The Pet Central groomers did an AMAZING job with him! I'm so grateful to them for easing my mind and taking care of my boy! read more

Great local pet store! Friendly service, helpful employees and quality products. My puppy is a super picky eater and I always find wet food and kibble topper here that she loves! They also have a great selection of chews and treats. When I first got the puppy I bought a harness that I thought would fit... it ended up being too big and she hated it. I came back to the store to get a smaller one in a different style and mentioned that the previous one was too big. I love Pet Central! Love coming here for any pet supplies and needs. I love taking my little corgi here and the staff just loves him. Every time I visit the staff always greets me and are very helpful with finding what I need. They have amazing customer service and always answer my questions and inform me about their products. It's a small ish pet store but you'll basically find whatever you need there. They're the same company as Reber Ranch and both have a rewards club. It's free to sign up and you get to rack up points with every purchase! I personally love it because over time you save a little bit of money. This place was reliable for a little while, but our past two experiences there with our pups made us decide we won't be back and need to find another groomer. Our two dogs are small, 20lbs and less than 20lbs. The time prior to our most recent that we took them in the groomer said about 3 hours and they would call to let us know when to pick them up. Not a problem. 5 hours later, I hadn't heard from Pet Central and was getting worried about my dogs. When I called in they said they were ready. Just wondering how long they had been ready for? They were probably crated majority of that time. The most recent time we took them, the groomer said 4 hours. 5 hours later, I again had to call and check, and the groomer said it would be another 30 minutes. Why does it take 5 hours and beyond to groom my two small dogs? It doesn't; though I don't know the length of time it takes to complete the ACTUAL groom, I know it doesn't take 5 hours long for two small dogs, and I hate to think my dogs were crated for most of that time. When I picked them up, the groomer mentioned an issue with cutting my dogs front paw nails, that he was a little antsy. Upon coming home, they had literally not been cut at all and they were still extremely long, the same as when I dropped him off. And our other dog had barely been trimmed on her face and neck, when in the past they did a clean cut and she looked great. For a $150 price tag, this service is completely not worth it. For that much money they should be grooming them quicker than 5 hours and actually completing what it says you're getting with the grooming package. Additionally, the woman helping me at the register who took my dogs in and brought them back out (not sure if she was the groomer or just cashing me out) wasn't warm or friendly at all and gave off a very cold vibe. We won't be back due to the costly nature and poor job done. read more

Pet Central is fabulous! We drive some distance to get there but it is always worth the trip. Purchased canine CBD oil, CBD chews and raw freeze dried Primal brand dog food. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I love that there's always someone offering to answer questions which can be tough at big box pet stores. I previously had a really great experience here. However, I went to return something today and was treated terribly. The sales person couldn't find the harness I previously bought on the receipt, which is fine there must have been some error, but then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't leave the store with it. I had literally just walked in with it. It felt like she was accusing me of stealing. She eventually let me leave with it, but she really should receive some training on customer service. She told me that I've been "warned" that I need receipts to return things from now on. Are you kidding me?! That is not how you treat people spending hundreds of dollars at your store. I Like Pet Central and the Food they are selling is great so much for my Dog to choose on Raw. The People working there are great as well and helped me with product questions. I will be coming back for food and treats. The Grooming I don't think I will be sending my Dog to this location again 1 time I went there he looked great he was done in maybe 3 hours if not faster came out clean and happy and nice cut. This time well I found out my poor Dog was In a small Kennel for 3 Hours untouched. I had appointment at 11:15 am and he was still untouched by 2:20pm only found out because I was waiting in my Car for him to be done, since I don't live that close and I've heard him barking So I walked in and I asked how much longer it will take and she told me she is just about now getting ready for him and it would take about another hour. Well it took a bit less then an hour and made me question wether or not she gave him a Bath ( his head still looked a bit yellow??) plus nothing much was done at all I mean I take almost an hour Bathing him and getting him fully dry. So I have a slight feeling she just sprayed some Dog perfume on him and that's it and brushed out some Nots a little bit of cutting it was this time definitely not worth the $85 Dollars I payed for. So Grooming there it's for me a No No maybe I give Reber Ranch groomers a Chance but not sure. I am afraid they put him again for 3 Hours all stressed out in a small Kennel. read more
