My dog did not smell as if he was bathed and the cut was just awful. His facial hair was lopsided, which I had to correct and he had nicks from whatever type if clippers that they used. My dog was not himself for the rest of the day from this experience. I suspect that the person who did this was not a trained groomer, maybe just filling in for an actual groomer. Never again!

We left our 2 dogs for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. We called to check on them and were told that they were doing great. The dogs were kenneled separately, however we were told that they were let out in the run together and were playing. We called to ask if the video cameras could be turned on because we wanted to view them while we were away, the kennel never called us back. When we picked them up we were told that the older dog (13) was aggressive to staff and was never allowed out of the kennel, which conflicted with what we were told on the phone. He has a big (silver dollar sized) lesion on his face and a chipped tooth that is right under the lesion, as though he was kicked. This will require veterinary treatment. This dog has never been aggressive towards people. Both dogs had lost a considerable amount of weight. A very disappointing and scary experience.

We've been here a few times and it was fine until the last time we went a few months back. I don't…read moreknow if it was an off day for them or what, but the hair cuts our dogs got were not their usual good jobs they've done in the past, one looked like they hadn't finished the job. One of our dogs was also bleeding from a tumor the groomer nicked while shaving and seemed traumatized. The reason I'm posting this now is because one of our dogs' hair isn't growing back. We took her to the vet and another groomer and they confirmed that a groomer at this establishment cut her hair way to short for her breed. So even if it was just an accident made by a new groomer or something else, my dog is possibly permanently damaged hair wise on her back. So I feel like it's my duty to warn others just incase this happens to someone else.

We got some amazing pictures and they really went above and beyond to play with the dogs and make sure that they were well loved and exercised. They even put their food into kongs to give them more stimulation. Really such a wonderful caring place and for half the price of what we would have paid at a dog hotel where they wouldn't have gotten that love and attention. I'm actually so disappointed we live so far away, otherwise they would be here for every vacation!

They take a modern approach to pet care, based on positive affirmation and made me feel comfortable about leaving my pup in their care. I recommend them to any Pawrents in the area who is seeking a safe and happy space for their fur babies. I will be returning to get my handsome boy the full spa package next time I am in town!
