After I left she warmed up to him right away. They are always so kind and attentive here. Teddy while afraid of people he does not know, regularly jumps up to great the attendants when I drop him off in the mornings. He gets play time with other dogs in the tots room which he loves! Once as I was picking him up it took a little bit. When he was brought out I asked if everything was ok. The nice lady told me Teddy was a little nervous so she was taking her time with him. It makes me feel secure knowing they consider his feelings and don't rush him. Booking was super easy, and they were able to fit me in right away with a schedule I preferred. They were incredibly friendly over the phone, patient, and really listened to all of my instructions. Lobo looked his absolute best after the groom- deshedded, clean, and with perfectly trimmed nails. Most importantly, he came back completely relaxed, which tells me they were very gentle with him through out the whole process. That alone is worth everything to me. My total is $200, and IT was totally WORTH IT for the quality of service and peace of mind. They did not disappoint. All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!!
