This place is inconsistent with their policy. 2nd time going back since i had such a good experience the first time i went. This is the only pet shop around my neighborhood and i needed quick last minute gifts for my dog. I went on 10.13.15 which is a Tuesday. Outside their store has this big sign that says "Tuesday is now called Toys day" and right beneath it says "Buy 2 get 1 free, Any toy Every Tuesday". I came in maybe 10 minutes to closing and immediately they ask if i needed help. The same guy who serviced me the first time seemed like he didnt even bother for my business and the clerk he had tried ask me if i needed help because I seemed to inconvenient them by coming in so close to closing and wanted me gone if i was just "browsing". I even brought my dog and tried to see what i can get him. Told them I was just trying to get him a few things because its his birthday tomorrow. All he said was "oh..." I brought 2 squeaky toys and one tug of war rope. Which were all similar in pricing around $3.xx-4.xx. I also got a box of treats and some cowhide chewy sticks for him. I was waiting for him to tell me one of the toys i got was free knowing it was their "buy 2 get 1 free" day. He didn't mention it to me at all. He rang me up for full price on all three toys. Now i know i could of asked him dont I get one free but i dont feel like i need to when they advertise it in front of their store. This is a way for me to see how honest you are without me needing to remind you. I paid for everything and left but do not expect me to come back to such a dishonest business. I tried my best to shop in the little mom and pops shop but maybe its better for to take my money elsewhere like the big corporate ones. These are the people that make it bad for other small business owners. PS. Tuesday is NOT Toys day!! Don't false advertise it as is when clearly you have no intention of doing it. read more

I've been going to this pet food store for years. The two owners -- brothers -- are very nice. The shop is clean. They took extreme caution during quarantine, as well. They care about their customers and always try their best to accommodate their customers' needs whenever they can. They will even help carry your purchases to your car if necessary. And, they deliver too. PETCO has enough money. Support Mom and Pop shops like this one! read more

My favorite pet supply store. It's a huge store with many products for your pets. Great staff, reasonable prices. If they don't have something that you need for your pets (like a special food,) they will try to get it for you. They help you carry your supplies to your car if needed. read more

The guys at Pet Foods Plus are wonderful. They special order the cat litter formulated for senior cats that is best for my cats. They have a vast assortment of cat food, including the Science Diet Kidney Diet cat food (again, what my older cats need). We tried certain brands and flavors of other food and when some of them caused one of my cats to throw up, they let me do an exchange. I like that they do deliveries 2x/week. When I go in person, someone will help me bring everything to my car. They're very knowledgeable about animals and also know the vets in the area. I'm very glad that I found this store. read more

I LOVE this place! They have everything i need for my furbabies. Prices are reasonable. Owner is the most personable guy. Acknowledges you the moment you step in the store. Ready with risque joke once he gets to know you. Has high end specialty diet foods at a fair price, wide assortment of toys, grooming supplies, and pet clean up products.
