Niki came to our house and groom our cat. We have tried a few other groomers, and every time I picked up Miso her hair either a little lopsided or they cut all her whiskers off ...(Miso like Niki ) . She took her time and very gentle with Miso..I am not a fan of leaving my cat at the groomer for 4-5 hrs so house call was the best decision for us both. We love Lindsay and Nick and their dog Madi! We have known Lindsay for almost 2 years. In this time, Lindsay and Nick have cared for our home and pets (two hounds, two kittens) multiple times. This has ranged from just an afternoon walk to a single overnight to a whole week while we were in Florida. Leaving your pets is never easy, but there are times when you just can't take them with you. Lindsay came with impressive references, but the first time ...of course we were stressed out. We had never left our cats and dogs with anyone, not even for an hour. And here we were, going to Florida for a whole week. Lindsay , Nick, and Madi came over the night before ...we met and immediately fell in love with them. Equally importantly, our pets fell in love with them. Our kittens, who hide from any stranger - human or animal - for hours, started circling Madi and letting her head bump them! Throughout our trip, Lindsay sent us pictures, videos, and even a super-cute montage of our pets playing with Madi. She texted us throughout the day and kept us informed of what was going on. Honestly, it was as good as being there. Since that time, Lindsay, Nick, and Madi are regular visitors to our house. I really think our dogs actually behave a little better with Lindsey than they do with us! Plus Madi's influence is very calming. We weren't too sure how our super-territorial kittens would take Madi. But Lindsay told us that Madi is the ultimate cat whisperer. When Lindsay was fostering some orphaned kittens, Madi played Mommy to them. Sure enough, our kittens never once felt threatened by Madi. Sure, you can board your pets. But you leaving is hard enough on them, without the added stress of going to a new place. If you can keep them in their home, with someone caring for them like you would.....why not, right? I could go on and on about Lindsay. All I can say is that when you leave your pets and home in someone's care.... you want to know that you can trust them. That they will treat your pets and home like their own. And this is what Lindsay has always done. If you can actually get a competent individual to schedule and actually meet you for a consultation maybe this service could work. I reached out for a quote and then had a horrible back and forth with the owner, Lindsay, trying to get her to come to my house to meet my pup. She did not proactively ask my number or my address after I told her I was available all day. Around 1ish she said 6 so I gave her my address at 5:45 - Although I had told her in earlier exchanges my cross streets - then she says yelp takes forever to update her and she can't come until 6:30-6:45 then gives me her number. BUT YOU KNEW MY CROSS STREETS AND HAD TOLD ME A TIME!! I text her saying get there as soon as possible because I am Making dinner and she late (she's already 45 min late) she texts back over 10 min later askin if I still Want her to come?! What! How does come as soon as you can mean don't come? Horrible service accompanied by ridiculous follow up and handling of getting probably one of their best customers. Trust me, if they can't come on time or know how to coordinate a simple appointment they probably can't handle your pets very well. And if this is the owner and work reflects leadership she probably hires the same caliber (or worse) as her! How are you discussing consulting and don't ask my number, address or determine a time after multiple back and forth?! Aren't you the owner? Horrible. Don't do it. Everybody that is an owner doesn't know how to treat people or schedule and actually show up to appointments apparently. Ridiculous and a complete waste of time. read more

We have had the pleasure of working with Lindsay for about 5 years now, she has provided the best care for our old French bulldog, Charlie. You never have to wonder how your pet is doing bc she always finds time to check in and send pics. It was such a help the first time we left Charlie but now I don't even think twice bc I know she is in GREAT hands. Lindsay also remembers details about your pet and is quick to know their routine. It's makes traveling so much more relaxing knowing Charlie is being cared for by her. Please don't have any doubt in Lindsay, she is amazing! read more

I've used this services twice now and the first time she was very professional and attentive with my cat. The second it was like a completely different person showed up. She was very late showing up on the first day and when she finally did (only after me texting her and asking her where she was) she basically just say on the couch texting and talking on the phone the whole time. The second day she didn't even show up on the right day at all, even though I confirmed days with her twice. Which forced me to rearrange her schedule while I was on vacation. (Who doesn't want to deal with that!?) Upon arriving home we discovered our front door was left unlock! Anything could've happened! So irresponsible! I will never use this service (if you can call it that) ever again! And wouldn't recommend anyone else using it either! read more

I travel out of town frequently, and I don't like to leave my dog with just anyone, but I trust Lindsay to take good care of Killer. She is professional, responsible, and responsive. She picks up and drops off Killer, which is super helpful when I'm busy. Killer loves her too, as she immediately starts bouncing up and down every time Lindsay comes by. I really appreciate her help, and several times she has been available last minute. I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Lindsay was a great help to me foster caring for my mom's cats who went into an assisted living facility. She went slowly and coaxed them out of their cages right after I left sending me a video of them. Then I pictures and video's every other day letting me know that they were being loved and well cared for. Highly recommend her!! read more
