The grooming cuts have always been inconsistent and rarely what we asked for. Today was the final straw. What should have been a basic $75 bath and clean-up--not even a full haircut--left my dog with multiple visible cuts all over his belly. To make matters worse, management took zero responsibility for what are clearly clipper burns/cuts, and instead blamed me for 'not being happy with the service.' When a client's dog is injured and likely in pain during their appointment, you apologize and coach your staff--you don't blame the owner. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same.
