I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. He was also snappy with the girl who was actually being kind and trying to help. Although the groomer I took my dog too was friendly it is a hit or miss with the rest of the grooming team. This location has staff with attitude and lack of professionalism with and in front of clients. While I understand we all have bad days it doesn't excuse taking your frustration out on the animals or the few employees who actually care. I can only imagine how some of these employees treat animals when they are not seen if they were comfortable acting this way in front people who are there to pick up their pets.

As I arrived and stood outside the door, I suddenly heard a grooming lady yelling and shouting at my puppy very aggressively. I rushed in to see what was happening, and she told me my puppy was biting her. But the moment she saw me, her attitude completely changed -- she started acting nice and gentle toward my puppy, which felt very strange and uncomfortable. No pet parent should ever have to witness their pet being treated that way. I truly hope the management looks into this and ensures better care, patience, and professionalism from their staff in the future
