large selection of animals but they have a cat wandering the store which is a predator for a lot of…read morereptiles. makes no sense. plus a lot of people get into keeping reptiles because they're allergic to dogs or cats, seems like a weird choice to make. all the enclosures were either too small, over stocked with animals that should be kept alone, or filthy. the enclosures were covered in poop, and some even had mold. there were multiple bearded dragons that looked sick, baby crested geckos missing tails, anoles struggling to shed, giant snakes in tiny enclosures, no enrichment for the animals, chameleons free roaming over an open fish tank, and a macaw with no enrichment in a hot dirty corner with clipped wings. if you care about animals and their well being don't go to reptile junction.

I took her home because I couldn't leave her there in that condition. Since then, I've spent over $2,000 on veterinary care trying to treat: * multiple parasites * a possible virus * and severe long-term health complications she will likely never fully recover from This was not a one-time issue. This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

It wasn't very big inside but it was packed full of merchandise. We did find a quail block and I also purchased a dog toy but while we were in there we checked out their dog food. Not only did they have the brand we buy (along with a zillion other brands) but their price was the same if not better than Amazon. All their prices seemed very reasonable, much better than PetSmart. They also had a wide assortment of over the counter medications which was impressive. I only have dogs so I can't review their horse supplies and prices. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when needing any pet supplies. I'd much rather shop here than at any of those big pet store chains.

I offered to email the records as soon as I got home, but she would not take the dogs. I live close-by, so I took off to get the records with my dogs and was told that I had a 15 minute grace period. The appointment was at 11:30, so I had until 11:45 to get back. I walked in at 11:46 and I was told that I was too late and she would reschedule. I am an elderly disabled woman and it is a real effort to manage taking my dogs anywhere in the car. I will never go back.

This store carries any and everything you can think of. Being in Arizona we know how hot the pavement is and they were more than willing to help out with sizing for doggie boots to protect their feet. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
