Tuesday they have a special on the price for nail trimming for the dogs. They were professional and handled my dogs with care. They do have every- other - Sunday, Vaccination service that comes in a Mobile Service. They do have a large selection of items. My dogs like their toys & treats. They are helpful. The parking lot is large and free parking for customers. In the Cermak Plaza, next to Nail Salon, Tony's Market for groceries, they have a Walgreens, McDonalds, Dollar Store , Discount Clothes Shopping. There is a lot to do in the area ! Many restaurants, Barber Shops, Cell/Mobile Stores. Very nice 5/3rd Bank Across street. Great Pet Store- Providing a great service for their community & visitors. Nice dog parks as well nearby. I just took my rescue dog for his first professional grooming ever, and he had the BEST time. He's a Siberian Husky and he has a big coat that sheds like crazy. He came home in great spirits with a coat that is shiny, fluffy and smells incredible. I am going to be bringing him here for his future appointments, too! read more

Did an awesome job trimming my dogs nails and cleaning her ears. The tech was kind, caring and took great care of my dog.

I have two dogs and I schedule their grooming apts together. I was not able to accomplish this with the online scheduling system. I called the grooming dept on 11/21, in the the morning, and spoke to Nora. She was very helpful, she had a couple open apts in the afternoon, and scheduled both dogs for baths. One of my dogs is a Pomsky, and it takes a long time to dry her hair. Nora text me a few min later to bring them in soon, because it was snowing out, and the weather might get worse in the afternoon, so I brought them in. She did a fantastic job on both of my dogs. They looked and smelled fabulous!!! Nora went above and beyond, her customer service and skills in dog grooming are exceptional!!! I highly recommend Nora, and will schedule more appointments with her. read more

This is my favorite pet store. They carry premium brands such as, Stella and Chewy's and Primal. This location is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I recently did a curbside pickup order and there was a small issue with the order. I received a phone call from the store manager offering to deliver another bag, and they were kind enough to throw in some goodies! Thank you for your excellent customer service! I ordered my cat supplies and one of the items was out stock. No one called or an email about this out of stock. In the past they would call to notify and try to substitute the product. Also, my credit card was charged the full order. I spoke to Leslie and she explained that they have new system which they are not allowed to call the customers. Also, on her end I was only charged what was delivered. My refund will take 5 days at least. Also, this store is always out of stock. This new system sucks big time! I really like to support local business but this is horrible customer service. Never again I will shop here. read more

My dog food didn't get delivered, and after a couple of days of waiting, I went in to hunt and gather for my pupper. Turns out they updated the delivery service they use, and we got our order got lost in the mix. But they made it good, and gave me free treats as an apology to my now happy doggo. All of the staff I met was remarkably friendly and professional. I even had one staffer give me an, "I don't know but I'll find out" and then delivered quickly. Which will always be an immediate 5-stars from me. Also, the store is also probably the cleanest and well-organized pet store I've ever seen. Plus, while waiting for our issue to resolve, they had adorable chinchillas. No one can stop from smiling while watching chinchillas play. read more

Always such a pleasant experience here! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've gotten a few toys and treats here for great prices. This time my rescue pup was in dire need of a nail trim so I decided to try them out. She has never done well with groomers, gets very nervous and tries to nip. I warned the groomer and prepared for the worst as I walked away and watched her try to bribe my pup with salmon treats. She spent an ample amount of time with head pats and treats and was able to pick up my pup and carefully cut her nails! The groomers are not only dog-friendly, they are people-friendly as well. They will work with you, are polite and get the job done when they say they will. After being disappointed by some other grooming places - this is definitely a breath of fresh air and our permanent grooming place. I've never seen my dog let anyone come close to touching her paws without a fight. read more

Everyone in this place is Amazing except Geneva I have been coming for a year spent well over 10k here buying cat supplies bearded dragon supplies fish ect . I came in on a Sunday, when I came to the register with one litter. Geneva proceeded to take my 50$ bill run it thru the money reader the wrong way and say it was fake . I said can you please do it again also handing her a 100$ bill she proceeded to have attitude and tell me it printed wrong and even if I took it to a bank they wouldn't exchange it. She gave attitude in front of a whole line trying to tell me my money was fake so I proceeded to ask for a manager and told me to pay a different way! He came right away of course knows my face and first thing he says is it can't be fake! Which I tried telling her he scanned it and of course it wasn't she was scanning it wrong!!!!! Which me and my women were trying to tell her something is not right. After proceeds to talk crap with a customer!!!!! Geneva is not a nice person and shouldn't be up at the counter definitely needs a check on how to treat people that out spending there hard earned money! read more

This is my third visit to this new store and I am so happy to go in each time. Yesterday was most notable when I was looking for a new harness for my boy. I thought about just ordering something online from a generic pet sales outlet or on Ebay but I wanted to come here! I was waking around for only two minutes and Without even asking for help, one of the employees walked up to me in the isle and asked me if I needed any help. So rare these days! She said her name was 'Lady' and she took the extra time to help me pick out a suitable harness for my little wild-man! I could not have done this without Lady helping me. Hello , today I had my second grooming appointment with Cassie. Much like the first time, Cassie did amazing! My dog can be very nervous (the first groom he was hesitant to let her do anything with his paws) but I can tell that he is warming up to Cassie because she let me know he was even more of a good boy this second time around. He was more comfortable letting her touch and dry his paws, so I know Cassie is treating him well when he's there. Do not waste your time here when scheduling a bath and brush appointment! I had been making appointments for 2 months trying to get a rescue dog groomed. The first appointment I made they said that the groomer does not work that day so they rescheduled me to a different date. I didn't mind that. But then they called me on the day of my rescheduled appointment to tell me that the groomer was sick and they had to reschedule again! I had told the associate that they kept rescheduling me so I needed to know if they we're able to schedule me in or not because I could not waste more time since a month had already passed. She said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience I can have set up an appointment 2 days from now" so I said okay since I had already waited this long. AGAIN ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, 1 HR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT THEY HAD TOLD ME THE GROOMER WAS SICK (they told me a different the name of a different groomer) I WAS SO UPSET ITS BEEN 2 months trying to schedule and they just weren't professional. So you telling me all your groomers are sick in a span of 2 months???? If you cant schedule bath n brush then you should tell people that instead of wasting their time rescheduling. Two freaking months out the drain and our rescue dog had to postpone finding a loving home! They had the audacity to promise that it would be the last time they rescheduled me and they did tried rescheduling me again. No thank you NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMEND PET SUPPLIES BERWYN. read more

We regularly use both the self-service dog wash and the nail grinding service for our 60 pound dog. We started going there in January 2020. It's great to find a local store that provides both features with good pricing on the merchandise too. Both of us - one's 6 foot tall, the other 5 ft 3 - feel comfortable helping our senior dog up into the shower pan via the stairs and standing upright while washing the dog. There's more than one wall mounted dryer right next to the shower that quickly blows water off the fur but doesn't sound scary loud to my dog. If you buy a five wash package, each wash costs $5, which is a great deal when you don't want to bend over and dirty your bathtub. I've never used a dog wash before so don't have anything to compare it with except my own bad experience washing the dog at home. The groomer's very nice too. The wait has never been longer than a few minutes for either the wash or the groomer. These days only one family at a time is allowed to use the wash. I guess I won't like it if the line starts to get longer but I like this store because it offers me what I need. read more

Heard from a friend that this location has a self-serve dog wash and stopped in for the first time after my dog played in a mud puddle at the dog park. Staff was SO friendly....the store was extremely clean and the dog washing area was pristine. The gal at the front was happy to give me as many towels as I wanted.On my way out I asked an employee for a particular type of dog toy and he went to the back and spent at least five minutes searching for it. Success! (Many times in the same situation I'm told "we don't have it" but it just means an employee doesn't want to look.) Appreciated this same young man who helped me carry my purchases out to the car. read more
