It's been a little while since i came to this store, but i recently ran past a receipt i got from here and i just was overwhelmed with anger. So what better way to vent than to leave a review? I see all the great reviews on this place and for some, they are earned. However, pull back the blinds and see what is easily looked over. I remember being in there and seeing the general manager help some lady. And while not unusual, what i saw next was. This guy seemingly being cocky with confidence and no cares, and starts to let his eye wonder as if he was checking that lady out. I couldn't believe it, but i went about my business. Then i saw him a little later looking like he was checking out one of the staff! Now his eyes could just be wandering off, let me make no assumptions but it came off very wrong. I left right then and there. If that wasn't bad enough i had a friend tell me about his experience, where one of the young managers and other young staff were joking about wearing dog outfits and the general manager liking it if they did. Like how inappropriate! People watch out! Don't be fooled by how great the store seems! read more

This is nothing against the store it's self, but they really need to do something about this grown ass man they allow to come up and approach women inside the store. I visited this location 4 weeks ago... and they have this "regular" grown ass man who goes up to women and invited them over to this man house because he need a damn friend. what he need is some damn help, and what this store needs to do press some damn charges before someone ends up missing or hurt. I never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in my life. I'll be damn if I ever go to this pet store again because I've heard they allow this man to keep doing the same shit over and over again. he drives a big white truck, glasses, white male goes by Justin H. I couldnt stop shaking when you get that feeling in your bones you know something is wrong, trust it. please do something about this so your customers and employees especially since you have young employees working they need to feel safe and protected. read more

Fantastic store very clean with friendly employees. This store supports local shelters and animal rescues. I've been very impressed with the condition the animals are kept in. They have the largest selection of cat and dog food in cove and to top it off they even price matched my kitten food with walmart. Ronnie the store manager seems to have all the answers when it comes to the different feeds they carry and most of the employees are well versed when it comes to the care of different animals. That man is a high functioning autistic man, that wants to make friends. So he gives out sticky notes to people with his phone # & his name in case they want to hang out. For you to come on here and suggest he is a harmful is disgusting. If you felt in danger in anyway, you should have a contacted the police or spoke to an employee. you didn't contact the police because you knew how ridiculous you were being. When it comes to supplies for my fur babies, I am really picky. I take into consideration the store layout, staff and price. This store surpassed ALL my expectations! Store is compact but fluid. The Copperas Cove store is great, and they have excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. They always ask to help to carry out the heavy feed bags. Also great place to get your horse and goat feed. There whole store including their livestock feed area is very clean and so is the feed they sell. read more
