Will never go back again. They have horrible customer service and blame the owner for everything. I mentioned politely that my yorkies ears were growing out because they were uneven from her last cut and the woman immediately jumped my case and told me if I handled my animal more she would be easier to groom. It is not the customers fault when you mess up a dogs hair cut. It's yours no matter the behavior of the animal if a 6lb Yorkie is too much for you to handle then you probably shouldn't be a groomer. Rude customer service. Took our dog and just because the tech tried to grab at her from above without getting the dog's attention and trust our dog snapped at her. Quickly the tech said they could not groom her because she was aggressive. Our dog is 14 years old and blind in one eye and has several missing teeth and she is a Daucshund. She just got startled and got scared. I think it was actually the owner and they have been a little rude before to us. REALLY? Doesn't see to me like the tech was an animal person. Will not be using this place for our dogs. Customer Service is very important if you want customers. read more

These guys know what they're doing. The best with any breed. Ok...they may love dogs more than humans but who can blame them.

DO NOT take your pet here. I have taken my dog, a minature poodle, here several times. He is a good dog and he has not had issues at any other place, he always comes back with a good report. The first time Pet Techs butchered my dog, he came home with an inch long gash right about his private part. They did not tell me that he had that. I discovered it when it got blood on my shirt. I called and asked them what happened and they said he wiggled. They should have told me about it when I picked him up. The second time we took him, he came home and everything appeared to be fine. Me and my husband went to a movie and came home to blood everywhere. They had cut two of his nails too short. They must have stopped the bleeding while he was still at Pet Techs and it started bleeding again when he get home. I will never take my dog here again. They are careless. read more

I honestly don't understand why they only have 3 stars. They are the most professional pet groomers I've ever dealt with. I normally take my dog to doggie stylez and every time I pick her up she looks choppy and with a style I didn't want on top of that she always smells of smoke! Here, when they had to change her cut they called me to inform me instead of just going ahead with it. I will be back, they were great! read more

I have used Pet Tech for 4 years . I have been pleased with their service. My dog really likes going to Pet Tech, she becomes excited as I pull up and runs to the door to get in. The help is always very friendly, while patting her and talking to her as I hand her off. We have never found any nicks or cuts on her body. read more

I've taken my dog in for a bath, tooth brushing and nail clipping twice. They were fast and did a great job. My dog usually makes a sad whine when he goes to the vet or the groomers but he was happy to get out of the car and go into Pet Techs. Horrible, horrible place. Took my Yorkie there 1 time in good health, picked her up and she was in such pain. They clipper burned her private parts (bleeding) really bad, ended up at the vet to get antibiotics and pain meds. Wish I could give them 100 negative stars. Never never again! read more

I would not give this place a star at all. I took my cat for her usual grooming. I had taken her previously and it turned out great or so I thought. My cat is quite friendly and she is not belligerent at all. When I picked her up from Pet Techs, she seemed scared, almost traumatized. She was not herself. Her demeanor was totally different. When I inquired if everything was okay (because the employee was not making conversation at all), I was told my cat bit the groomer. I was totally puzzled about it because that was not something Caty would do at all. If she did bite the groomer, she had to have been hurt by the groomer. Furthermore, they left bunches of fur in her little kennel and on her. I had to give her a bath at home just to wash away the fur. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I take my cat to Michelle's Groom Spaw on Wall Street next to Tall City Vet. She is excellent!!!!!!!! read more
