Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They offered an apology and started to provide names of other services I could book with - all while my pooch was suffering. I declined since I can also Google companies - that's how I found them. So far, 6 days later, and I have yet to receive a refund for a service they couldn't provide. At least the other company we used had some empathy and waited until after the appointment to charge me. Do NOT use this company unless you call and verify thy have a licensed vet in your area capable of following through.

I was able to hold our kitty throughout so she never had to be anywhere but in the arms of someone who loved her. We opted to have Dr Sio take her to the crematory and she provided a sweet blanket for swaddling and a suitably sized pet bed to lay her in. I would highly recommend her and this organization.

When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws.
