Whoever is training this staff deserves a big shout out because these employees go above and beyond. They take the initiative. They make suggestions. They cheerfully show you where the product is located and share their knowledge. Whether it's locating that one thing you need that they don't have, or locating more than what they have in stock and having it held for you until you can pick it up. They will even special order product for you and call you when it arrives. So nice to have great customer service. I drive over 200 miles just to stock up here. You can't beat their prices. When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. Selling sick puppies that also have parasites: My wife and I bought 2 puppies on 8/23/26, later…read morethat night both started coughing, we took both of them to the emergency vet on 8/24/26 and both were tested, we also took them to our regular vet for more testing, on the 26th, both had Mycoplasma PCR (respiratory infection), Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Coccidia (intestinal parasite), and one also had Canin Parainfluenza a highly contagious respiratory infection. Both are now healthy but we spent over $1400 on vet bills and medication and Puppy Heaven / the Support@PuppyHeaven.com will not contact us back so that we can be reimbursed for the sick puppies. I have made complaints to the Nevada Consumer Affairs, Nevada Attorney General, and the BBB, and I am going to do a complaint to the Nevada Department of Agriculture.

We will be bringing Vixie in to get her teeth freshened up. She also made great suggestion about some natural alternatives to help lower our dog's anxiety, and those were very very well placed. Over the last two weeks I left 4 messages asking them to please call me back to get one of my pets groomed. This store does not call back, even though the manager of the department says they are supposed to return all calls. Well I was finally at the store today to get my 5lb. toy poodle groomed. Now I am handicapped so I sat my dog down on counter for only a few seconds. Well the groomer immediately tried to shove their collar over my hands and my dogs head, then he suddenly ripped my dog out of my hands telling my its against the NEW policy to set pets on counter. My mistake I did not see the new sticker. However after ripping my dog out of my hands he continued to yell at me while holding my dog in the air in one hand. I immediately asked for my dog back, I told him I'm not putting up with how he was abusing my dog nor his total attitude towards me. Then he tells me "Well, its your own damn fault!" There were two other customers waiting in line behind me. One woman asked him why hes being a total jerk. "That's it, I'm not grooming your dog either for calling me a jerk!" So two of us walked out because of him having a bad morning and screaming at people, abusing our dogs. I called the store from the parking lot and got a female store manager. I explained everything to her and even went as far as making sure she knows I am a letter writer and will be writing to the corporate office "customerrelations@petco.com because she barely spoke. She hinted she would have a talk with the groomer and she was very sorry I walked out before talking to her. I won't hold my breath thinking she will actually follow up on the complaint.
