I just wrote a scathing review of Coolen's in Canton, so I wanted to follow up with a review of Pet World since I like them. I've been going here off and on for a few years, and think they're great. They have a big selection of supplies, but the thing that has consistently always struck me is that they seem to care about the animals there. They don't even sell rats or mice, and the rodents they do have (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc) seem really healthy and well-cared for. The "cat city" is the best part though - we love going to visit the cats for adoption. The last time I was there they had 3 guinea pigs up for adoption, one of whom has now taken over my living room. I'm a little disappointed that they don't have as many parrots (especially baby parrots!) as they used to, because I used to like to visit them too. :) Overall, this is my favorite pet store in the Boston area. My kids like to go and visit the animals there too, especially Blue, the blue & gold macaw in the bird room, who always says hi to them! read more

Love this place! I've been coming here since I was a kid, and now that I'm an adult with pets of my own, I appreciate this store even more! They have a fantastic selection of high quality dog and cat foods. I'm able to get two "hard to find" brands for my cat and one for my dog at very reasonable prices for the quality of food. I'm pleased to say that I can even buy my BFF canned food at a lower price than my sister who needs to buy on Amazon after being converted. I also appreciate the enormous wall of Oxbow small pet foods and really like that you can find unique items here. At box pet stores you can usually find generic toys, houses, perches, etc for your small pet or bird, but pet world buys stock from unique vendors and therefore can offer a much greater variety, particularly in the bird toy department! Don't expect to come here and find your Tidy Cats or Science Diet cheaper than the competitors, but you're certain to find something else to love and become a regular for a different product. While I always enjoy perusing the collections of companion pets in pet stores, it also makes me skeptical. Since the staff seems to usually have better knowledge of temperament and age, I try to convince myself that at least Pet World hopefully purchases from local backyard breeders rather than the enormous mills pumping out litter after litter of sickly animals. I appreciate the care given to the small animals, and can see there is more freedom in providing better toys, houses, and bedding than the box stores, but I still find that I have this inkling feeling that it's wrong. But that's just my opinion. I do love the adoption center for the cats. Wouldn't it be nice to expand the idea of pairing adoption centers with pet stores to include birds, reptiles, and rodents? read more

alright, now that I've become a dog food snob, I do have to give them credit for having a tremendous selection of dog food (dry and can) and treats, you know the wheat-free, corn free, or grain free. So this place is worth going to buy food that you cannot find in chain pet stores like petsmart of petco let alone supermarkets. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I'm also all for spending money where it makes sense (unless money suddenly grows on trees....). So for generic things that I can find else where, I would, like toys, treats or leashes, or other supplements, where it may be cheaper online. read more

They stock some hard to find cat/dog supplies. Plus adorable kitty's to adopt but must show proof of owning a home or renting an apartment....really? Yep!! But kitty's are very sweet and not feral as some say "they are shy." Which means feral!! Will return for a young kitty!! read more

I really like pet world and frequent it often . It is a bit more expensive that the chain stores, but not really substantial difference for the value of buying local! They have a wide array of treats, including frozen stuff which I've never used but think is really cool! I have always found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions whenever I'm looking to try a new product. read more

I'm a regular client there, and the employees are very helpful EXCEPT Dan, the manager. I had a unpleasant experience with him. He was rude, seems to be in a bad mood, I had to ask him about my rewards offers, he told me I didn't have any offer. I then told him there is a offer if buying big bag of primal freeze dried, I could get a bag of bone broth. He then left the cashier, without saying anything to me, and came back and said "which one do you want chicken or duck" "I said my dogs are allergic to those, could I have pork? ", he said "no" he said the offer is only for chicken and duck . I then said to him that is not what the ad says. He got irritated and told me, no just those two flavors. I was trying to find out if he just ran out of the other flavors, or if I could have a rain check .He said "no". I told him um paying $40 for this bag but you dont have the offer to hand me, can you give me something else then....he said "no, pork was discontinued...." He never apologized like a customer service usually does, he was cold and short in his answers....I paid for the primal food, and he never, ever said "thank you" . I almost told him he should not be at the counter if he is unpleasant with clients. All the other employees there have always treated with respect, and willing to nicely answer my question. He should not be the manager as he cannot serve as a example. I give 3 stars based only the employees performance. I suggest the manager should take some classes on customer service. read more

Pet World is a great place to pick up any supplies for your pets. They offer an impressive array of food, bedding, toys, and other supplies in such a small store. Although it may appear to be crowded, the goods are of all great quality, and it is very easy to find what you need. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and adore animals. I got my cat from their shelter (SPIN), and the workers were extremely helpful. They knew all of the cats very well, and helped me to find a cat with a great personality for my lifestyle. They're very attentive to the cats there, and are concerned with placing their cats in the right homes (the large selection of cats is great, too!). I'm always happy to go to Pet World, as I'd much rather support such a wonderful, caring store over a chain enterprise. read more

TL;DR I will probably still go to Pet World for small items like pet food, but I cannot recommend it for any big ticket items, or to people who are starting out with a new pet, because someone might treat you like garbage. Go in ignorant or go in extremely knowledgable, it won't matter to some of the employees at Pet World. --- I'm actually pretty bummed that I have to write a negative review for this place, so I'll start with the good things about it. They're a local business, so their prices aren't necessarily competitive, but aren't too high. Their stock is good--they have off brands and such that I can't find at the big name pet places, and they seem to be improving their small animal section, to the point where it's one of the best places around to go for rodent supplies. They also have a really lovely in-house cat shelter that shows that their cats, at least, get a lot of attention. I've never had a problem with their staff before, but today I had a big problem that is resulting in this review. My chinchilla's brother passed away a few months ago, and my partner and I decided to get him a new cage. After careful consideration of his needs, we agreed on one from Pet World, talked about how we would modify the cage we picked out to make it ideal, etc. I went in to buy the cage, and the guy who helped me get it harassed me endlessly about it not being a proper cage for a chinchilla. He acted like I was a totally ignorant new pet owner, when in actuality I've done tons of research on chinchillas, have owned them for 5 years, and knew exactly what I needed for my chin. [Books on chinchillas *in their own store* would corroborate that the cage I was getting, when modified with proper shelves, would have been totally acceptable]. I wouldn't mind if he was just trying to give me advice, but he was *relentless*, starting an argument with me in the middle of the store, and eventually saying in that snobby way, "FINE, it's YOUR pet." It was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a retail environment. I'm a very quiet, understated person who has worked in retail, and I would never pick a fight with someone like that. Their lack of trust in their customers and the way he treated me was appalling, and I could tell that the moment I walked out of the store he was going to turn around and act like I had created the problem. The people at Pet World need to figure out that customer service is essential to keeping a small business afloat. I don't think they will make it, otherwise. read more

I went into PetWorld to support my dog walkers business...we decided to buy a few things while we were there which I found to be a bit pricey in comparison to other stores. I also brought my dog into the store, not 1 employee of the 5 I saw in there greeted my friendly dog. Nobody seemed friendly at all in there. No greeters or hi how are you. pet world is home to "cat city" which is a large section of the store that is home to cats and kittens that are up for adoption. it's a great cause that the owner of the store is obviously very passionate about. pet world also has a good selection of merchandise- and i'd say an even better selection of quality/premium pet products than the petco that's in the same strip mall. that being said, i still find myself stopping at petco first because i can't stand how unfriendly the employees at pet world are. i'm allergic to cats, which makes walking into this store very uncomfortable, but it's the human employees that make me think twice about spending my money here. read more

2 weeks ago I went in to look at hedgehogs the girl who helped me was very nice and let me hold all the ones I wanted to see. I held off for 2 weeks before coming back to get one to do a little more research and get the supplies I needed. The older guy that helped today was very off putting to say the least. He immediately acted like I wasnt even worth the time and the look on his face was just annoying to me. Like dude take tht look off ur face ur already off putting to look at. So anyway I asked to see all the hedgehogs they have so I could make a decision and everytime I asked to see a different one (I only asked to see 2) he would roll his eyes. All in all he needs to take a customer service class or get fired. And the only reason this place got 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the first girl and their animals are well taken care of. read more

I have mixed feelings about this store. THE GOOD: Pet World brought the 2 loves of my life into my life, our cats Mittens and Peanut Butter. THE BAD: The actual adoption process was a nightmare. A few years ago there was a woman that ran the cat shelter within the store who my husband and I have come to refer to as the "cat nazi." We went in just to look and stumbled upon our precious kitties. When we told her we wanted them. My husband INQUIRED about declawing them. Just asked about the side effects and whatnot and she went APESHIT on us. Screaming to the high heavens that she would rather see them KILLED than declawed. Then she said we couldn't have them. So my husband went ape shit on her... here we are, 2 upstanding citizens who want to adopt 2 cats (mind you, we went in for 1 but they force you to take 2 so they don't get lonely) and she has the audacity to use scare tactics?Needless to say we got them after signing some "waiver" that we would never let them outside, never declaw them, never mistreat them, etc. Well, we upheld our end of the whole bargain. I heard a few months later that she was arrested for being one of those people who harbors like 200 cats in her home. It might be a rumor but it wouldn't surprise me. But in the end, the cats came clean, microchipped, spayed, and we've never had any problems. On a side note: their product is way overpriced. Go to PetSmart. read more

I. love. Pet. World. In fact, I'm such an incredible goober that I came here on my 20th birthday with my dad. Oh yeah, nostalgia central. I can't speak to the competitive (or not) pricing, but I do love the selection. It's great fun to pick out some food for our ancient (15 year old) cat, browse the chinchilla/hamster/rabbit selection, and, of course, stare at all the pretty kitties in the shelter cage. I agree with other reviewers that the "cat lady" is a bit weird. She is extremely aggressive with potential adopters, but I do think this comes from such a long history of seeing cat abuse and neglect. The two-cats-or-no-cat theory holds true ALWAYS for kittens ("no single kitten adoptions"), but a family did select only one adult cat with great success. Overall, if you come in with a serious attitude and an air of responsibility, she'll probably be stone-faced but very helpful. If you come in cooing and wanting the smallest kitten with a designer purse, she will shut you DOWN (I saw this happen). That may or may not be warranted, and the intensity of her dismissal is perhaps overkill, but her heart is in the right place, and so is this store in general. Highly recommended for a visit, especially if you need more selection, want to support the local economy, or want to adopt a cat "responsibly." read more

Wow! What a great place for Wellness canned cat food! I priced a 12.5 ounce can at Petco and the last I checked it was $2.79 a can there (there might be a discount when you buy a case, I'm not sure). AT PET WORLD it's priced at $2.49 a can!!! That's a great savings when you have to buy a case at a time like we have to with our hungry Maine Coons! PLUS you can get a free Pet World card that will be stamped every time you go and buy something and after 10 visits you get 10% off! (I know, not a huge deal but we're waiting for after our 10th visit to get a CR$PLOAD of cases.) We enjoy going over there and checking out the cute adoption kitties in the window and inside (they even have a webcam to check out the little tykes at home!) We also like getting peacock feathers there for our cats to play with....at 99 cents a feather its an expensive and fun toy! Now I can't vouch for if other items are overpriced or not, all I know is that for the stuff we buy, It's economical for our budget. And despite one reviewer below, I have ALWAYS found extremely friendly staff to serve us! For these two reasons, they get a 5 star. read more

I had been shopping at Pet World for a few years and was always happy. My husband recently bought some new fish for one of our tanks and within days all the new fish were dead and over the next week all the other fish in the tank were dead as well. My husband contacted the store to, at a minimum, keep this from happening to any other fish owner but never got a response. Poor customer service + lots of dead fish = no good. read more

I worked at a well known chain pet store and saw so many sick animals, one i even tried to buy and bring to the vet several times to bring in back to life (it ended up dying). After I left that store and was extra devastated that I had no companion for my solo guinea pig. I called up Pet World and let them know about my situation and that I had a lonely pig that needed a companion and that I had such a terrible experience at the other store with the sick guinea pig that died. They had me bring in my guinea pig and put it in a box with 2 others that were for sale. My pig picked its new companion right in the store and they are now best friends! Pet World spent a lot of time helping me and, yes at first they acted like i was some dumb teenager who didnt know anything about animals, but once they realized that I had good questions and I knew how to take care of the animal, they were great about helping me pick one out. The animal is very healthy, spunky, friendly, and the least shy guinea pig i have ever seen. I couldn't be happier with my experience, minus the way I was first greeted as if i was a stupid girl that just wanted to hold a furry animal and not purchase one. read more

I go to Pet World about once a month with my mom. We buy the Wellness cat food( in chicken and turkey) and Feline Greenies($2.99). We get two 12 cans of 12.5 .oz for $29.88. It is expensive but our cats love it and we like to support independent businesses. I wish the coupons applied to cat food or just the whole purchase instead of toys and random stuff. I love how they have a cat house. I spend like 20 minutes or more playing with the cats. read more

Nice staff, they even help me get my purchases out to the car. The selection is good if you need a specific type of food, they even stock more than one brand of hay which is impressive as most stores only stock one brand. One of the lines is local which is the best option. I do wish they would stop selling rabbits, hamsters and other small mammals . They would get five stars if they did that, there are so many homeless pets, selling them seems cruel. I do appreciate the floorspace they give to SPIN but it breaks my heart to see them support the adoption of one species and profit off the exploitation of another. read more

So after buying a lot of cat food one monster bag at a time I decided to buy two monster bags so I would not need to come in as often. Well the frequent buyer card only gets one stamp for two huge bags. I asked don't I get two since I purchased 2 bags and the man said, "No one stamp per visit" I almost asked to buy one bag at a time but decided to just not shop here any more. When your spending about $30 a bag what difference does it make if I come in 20 seconds later to get a stamp or buy both at the same time. Kind of ridiculous. read more

First, I should say I haven't been to Pet World in a couple of years (because I swore I would never go back there again). So it is possible they have all new employees by now and I should give them another chance. I'd much rather support an independant, local business than a big chain like PetCo or Pet Smart but if Pet World doesn't care about their customers then I won't care about them. My problem with them is they are rude, unhelpful and sold us a dead fish. The fish wasn't dead when it left the store but a few hours later it was. Now, most pet stores in a situation like this will replace the animal with a few tears and an apology. Certainly PetCo did even a few WEEKS after a gecko we bought died. With Pet World we are talking a matter of hours after bringing the fish home and they couldn't be bothered. For a freakin' $2.00 Betta fish! It was the attitude that really upset me. To apologize and explain your policies would be one thing: "I'm so sorry, but the owners feel that they would lose too much money if they only sold products that brought satisfaction and happiness to our customer's lives". Okay, you're jerks, I can live with that. But to blame US for doing something wrong and causing the demise of the fish? It's a fish. You put it in water and feed it. There is nothing we could have done within 2 hours to kill it short of frying it up in butter (which, by the way, the clerk suggested I do when I asked him what I should do with the dead fish - I was good, I left the fish on the counter instead of shoving it down his throat). Again, I haven't been in there in a while but when I used to go there it was dark, dirty, cluttered and smelled bad. So unless Especially for Pets stops selling our brand of dog food I doubt I'll be giving Pet World another chance any time soon. With so many great choices in and around Natick I can't understand why anyone would shop here. BTW - The guy didn't really tell me to fry the fish. I just got so mad reliving the experience while writing this review that I got carried away. Plus when I wrote about frying the fish I felt bad so wanted to make me not look so bad by blaming him. very disappointed by the service of some of the staff. i asked looking for advice and all i got was harsh criticism. the woman that was helping me deterred me from ever coming back. the woman "helping" me did not offer me actual advice on a fish i was looking for, i asked nicely for information on them because i did not know much and she just told me i had to buy all this new stuff, and i could not get the fish i was looking for. after a quick search on google i found out that she was wrong and i was just fine with what i had. i tried to get the fish, which were 2 small guppy's and she said i couldn't. i went down the street to petco and ended up spending much less then i would have and was greeted with a smile there. my fish are living their best life with me now, no thanks to her. i would say save your money and peace of mind and go anywhere else. read more

Summary: A nice pet store catering to most types of pet owners, located conveniently not too far off I-90 and right off Route 9. Pros: Huge selection of healthy pet food. Cat City is awesome to visit.. adopt a cat today! Prices are in line with other specialty pet stores. Cons: Fish area is not very comprehensive. I visit Pet World mostly to stock up on cat food. It is one of the few stores I know of that stocks so many great cat foods, including my favorites: Fromm Innova Evo Wellness (including CORE) Instinct Orijen Serengetti Taste of the Wild (and so on) I love coming here because of the choice, plus seeing all the cats in the closed off areas. I feel like i want to adopt one every time I go, but I can only afford so many lint rollers. I can't speak for any of the other pet areas other than the fish area, which to me is somewhat basic compared to what I'm used to. The employees have been mostly friendly and any time I had a question someone was always very willing to help. The lady who I suppose is in charge does tend to be somewhat expressionless - which is why I think alot of the reviews here are pointing at. Price-wise I feel they are in line with other pet stores that sell higher end pet food. No doubt the baser fare (i.e MaxCat/Nutro) will be cheaper at Petco/Petsmart though, but you'd miss out on all the cute kitties and the opportunity to support local. read more

This place has a huge selection of rabbit stuff, not like other stores. Some of the items are alittle more expensive compared to other places but it isn't bad. They also sell rabbits here. After receiving the rabbits, they would like them get use to their environment and be stress free for a few says before they allow buyers to take them home. Although there is a sign the says they only sell rabbits for indoors, they don't really check. I saw 2 rabbits when I brought my bunny in to get her nails cut. I ended up purchases them and they guy didn't ask me about buying more bunnies for outdoor or indoor setting maybe he just assumed they would be cared for indoors like our bunny. I do agree that they should stop selling rabbits as there are many that need to be adopted. I am guilty! I have 2 bunnies and after not being able to find the right bunnies for a few months, once I saw Nachos and Charlie brown, who were both 7wks old, I knew they would fit perfectly into our family. Awful. Really awful. We passed this place constantly and the charming neon lights enticed us in; we have an eclectic band of pets at home so we would be guaranteed to find something, we were sure. It's also always a kick to support independent stores as opposed to chains like Petco or PetSmart. The kitties and cats have a neat set-up in front, with plenty of space in and what seemed like a really tidy area. This functions as a shelter, I believe, which is great to see and they all seem well taken care of. The place is also huge with plenty of stock (not all good, the hedgehog supplies are pretty poor) but there's a lot going on for sure. My gripe is that the customer service is absolutely appalling. The employees are too busy to acknowledge customers and are pretty miserable. We asked the older lady if they had any pet bowls with lock-in trays, she didn't even look at us and said "No, we don't have anything like that," focusing on what I can only assume was a fascinating packet of food she was putting away. Maybe the store dramatically shifted while she was working because two aisles down we found several of these in obvious sight. I've worked in a pet store before, I get that you're often busy with not enough hours in the day to do everything, but I would never get away with service as appalling as this and it's a horrible experience to have. I have been going to Pet World for many years. Over that time I have had a love bird and two guinea pigs. They carry a large supply of shavings, pellets and hay in brand name healthy items not always found in other stores. They provide nail clipping for both the bird and guinea pigs which is done carefully and they have always taken a few extra minutes to answer questions or talk/pet the animals. Animal cages are always clean and animals are well cared for. The staff does not follow you around but are more than helpful when asked for help of any kind. If I have purchased a few items I have always been asked if I would like help and have frequently seen them carrying out items for other customers. Buy Local! Only when they deserve your business. I agree with the other posters. Rude staff and expensive products that they do not stand behind. With a Petco less than 300 yards away I would have expected some decent service. They wouldn't exchange a dog lead that I bought a few weeks ago that was defective. They told me to write the company. What ever happened to in-store exchanges or being pleasant and helpful? Ended up walking over to Petco and they make the exchange in 5 minutes with an apology for the broken item. This was after I told them I didn't buy the leash there. List price was $10 cheaper as well ($29 vs $39). Support companies that deserve your business. read more

Shopped Petco & Especially for Pets - both good but pricey. So far, Pet World has been friendly (been greeted every time I've walked in) and very accomodating. Would prefer this to the high end, mega store like Petco where they can barely get people to answer a question. Kind of a mom&pop store without an attitude. My family has been purchasing our pet supplies at Pet World for more than 8 years. I recall the first time we just stopped in... it was the day before Xmas and we wanted to see some of the animals. They always make me smile. We were struck by some signage - on the cages - "Please note that Pet World discontinues all live animal sales & adoptions 1 week prior to the Christmas Holidays." WOW. Isn't that great? I pulled my partner over to where I stood reading the sign... see this? He reads ... "The Holidays are a Joyful Time of the Year. But the Excitement & Wonder that We Humans Share, May Cause Tiny Creatures Undue Stress & Some Fear. So Purchase Your Treats, Food & Supplies Today and Return for Your Pet after the Holiday." He blinks as it sinks in. I say again... WOW Isn't that great? Honey this is a business that puts the care and welfare of an animal above profit. Can you believe it? How great is that! That is all we really needed to know about Pet World - we have been shopping there ever since. You see, these are animal people. IF you are one you will know EXACTLY what I am saying. If you are not, well... that's OK we'll wait for you to catch up. :) In our household we currently have 3 bonded pairs of guinea pigs. Six in all - all rescues and four of whom are special needs. (In fact one of our current pack had been surrendered to Pet World with two of his brothers. We adopted him after his brothers went to another home and he was all alone.) The staff at Pet World is a sort of extended family for us. They know how much we care for our little guys and they appreciate that in us, as much as we appreciate how seriously they take the care of their charges. We bring our boys to the store on a regular basis because we trust only a few very special people to trim their nails, and two of them are in this store. When we need help figuring out a solution for one of them - we brainstorm with them. When we need to discuss options for bulk or special purchases they work with us. To Pet World ALL animals are special and worthy of quality care be they small animals, birds, fish, reptiles, frogs or cats and dogs. They even have supplies for our numerous outdoor friends. When it comes to working with animal charities they do what they can there too. Choosing to not sell dogs they prefer to support responsible breeding practices and, whenever possible, in helping to find homes for the thousands of homeless pets waiting to be adopted from shelters. For years they have hosted an adoption center in their store for Stray Pets in Need of Massachusetts (SPIN) and over the years they have run independent events in support of many others. Most recently we were able to support a "Picture Your Pet with Santa" event where donations went to a local Grey Hound Rescue. Now imagine a day in December and Santa (AKA Dan) is all trussed up in a Santa Suit. Comfortable? God no... he's hot and sweating and it is several hours into the Picture Your Pet with Santa Event. Well that is when we walk in ... 3 boxes - six guinea pigs - and well, a holiday list long of pictures we need with Santa. Charge? We are just asking for a donation in support of a local Grey Hound Rescue - you decide. Horrible service, rude staff. Was hardly given the time of day from the employees, and the owner had the balls to argue with me and defend his crap staff. And I was a regular customer! The only reason to go here is to get an animal that is cared for better than at Petco. read more

I've shopped here a lot of times in my life -- I think it's a very neat little place, and I love that it's not a big superstore chain like Petco or wherever else I've shopped. I've always found neat toys for my guinea pig, and I trust the quality! But ever since my hunt for a birdcage....... nope, not going there again. I'm a very new bird owner -- in fact, I don't even have my bird yet, so I'm just gathering supplies. So I called and asked if there was someone I could talk to about bird cages... after about five minutes on hold they transferred me. I spoke to someone who was very very rude; I asked about stainless steel cages, and he gave me an answer with a tone of "why the hell would we have those?" I asked what their cages WERE made of, he basically said "...metal." I asked about sizes, he acted like I was an idiot for not knowing exactly the size, just the range, then answered "yeah, we have those." He also felt the need to laugh the sort of "I can't believe you'd need to ask that" laugh and commented that "stainless steel cages are extremely expensive" ... yes, I know that, but I was clearly looking for one anyways. I work in the area, and as I mentioned, I would love to support an independent store rather than a chain, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stopped there on my way home from work. I asked the person at the front if someone could help me out -- she seemed friendly enough, and called the bird guy over. I wasn't sure if it was the same person, but felt he seemed older than the voice. Well, he did not even PRETEND to have a smile on his face. He had more of a "what the hell do you want" look. I was already anxious about him looking so annoyed, so I kinda fumbled out a "I need a cage that's 24 inches or bigger." Again, an irritated look as he went to get a ruler, then hastily ran around the room measuring things and blurting out numbers (side note: it may help to make the cages more accessible to the customers for closer inspection, and/or at least write the measurements on them....). Because I was feeling so dismissed and like I was being such a burden already, and I needed time to make a decision, I decided to get the heck out of there by saying "okay well I'm gonna look around elsewhere and I'll probably end up back here soon." He did this little sort of sarcastic eye roll like "of COURSE you're not buying anything...." and I ran full speed away, not planning to ever return (at least not for bird supplies). tl;dr this store would get 4 or 5 stars if they fired the bird guy. I would still consider getting my cage there if it weren't for the fact that I'd need his help to get it down from where they're kept. read more
