I've been getting my nails done here for about 5 months now and the work is always exceptional. I like to use chrome, and they are always so patient with me while I try the different chrome colors. They've even sampled a color combination on a fake nail for me to make sure it was what I wanted before we started on my nails. The quality of work, service, and environment are excellent. read more

The service was quick and efficient. I like that they are right on the strip of Main St. bae and I just came here to drop our son off at the Alameda County Fair to be with his friends and we had some margarita couple blocks down and came here for a feet retreat. Reasonable price at $35 for their Traditional Pedicure, for gel it is an additional $15. I guess I am going with regular. Kim was my girl. Love the foot and leg massage. Went with Hot Pink for our uncanny summer heat. It won't last long but I'll do my best to maintain it. They were pretty full when we were already seated, not much conversation going on. English is very limited. However i do notice if you aren't a regular or Asian, you won't be spoken too. They sometimes prefer catering to others, that's just the real truth. It doesn't bother me. You'll know if they are talking about you or not. lol It was fun for both bae and I to actually sit by side to get our pedicure and cuticles cleaned. read more

I found Sarah and Hong!! They opened their own salon and this is so exciting! They are amazing professionals! Their place is so peaceful and clean! It reflects their beautiful energy! Came here at the recommendation of my aunt who lives nearby. They were pretty busy on a weekend but seemed to accommodate everyone well and efficiently without making me feel rushed. I had builder gel on for the first time and didn't know that it needed to be filled / treated differently than a regular gel manicure but they switched manicurists and she explained what that meant and took a lot of care with my nails. She also recommended chrome which I loved without too much of a price increase. The pedicure was also well done. It was a nice relaxing experience! Will be going there anytime in the area read more

My friend recommended me to come to Orchidee and I'm so glad i gave them a try. I called in the morning and they said they could take me in right away. I got the TAP overlay gel manicure. I've been coming to this salon for years, but today's visit will be my last. As soon as the nail technician put on the last stroke of polish, I was ushered out of the chair, given the crazy pedicure flip flops and had to pay. I paid the tip through Zelle and the tech asked why I didn't have cash. She sighed and walked away. I honestly regret giving her a generous tip. The previous visit the salon's wifi went out so the credit card machines didn't work. I was lectured about how I should not pay with a credit card. Since the new owners have been at the salon, customer service has suffered. read more

We scheduled our time there for 1 pedicures. The parking was fine, the place was easy to find. It was clean and smelled good inside. I got the gel pedicure with reflexology, it was $84 (with 20% tip). The service was exceptional, her hands felt good on my legs and feet. I'd come again and I highly recommend. read more

We went to Orchidee a few days before my sister's wedding to get gel Mani Pedi's. We had a reservation for 4 PM and were sat immediately. They were very careful to make sure we liked our colors and shape of our nails. The best part was that the massages wSO THOROUGH. Overall a really positive experience however a star off because I told them that I was allergic to fragrances, they said they'd check the oil, and then proceeded to use fragranced oils. I usually bring my own but we came from out of state so hoping I don't break out before the wedding. read more

Just fantastic! Lily, Hong and Sarah were great! All were extremely nice and professionals. My husband and I went to get pedis and we were both treated amazing. As soon as we walked in we felt the amazing atmosphere and we were offered a drink. Phong has an amazing attitude and customer service. We stopped here while waiting for my car to be serviced. I wish I lived closer because this would be my biweekly salon if I did! Very nice customer service. The music was relaxing and the salon looked clean overall. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. They look great. The massages were real massages, very strong, not a rub like most places. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. It looks good but I think I might be allergic or the wax was too hot. I have small irritated bumps in the areas that were waxed. I thought it was unusual that they didn't give me the option to tip. If I added correctly, they rolled in a 10% tip in my total credit card charge. Perhaps they anticipated that I didn't have cash ‍ read more

Payment was declined from the salon systems own error. Nothing to do with lacking of funds. My payment was through Apple Pay. The staff member took my payment and it was declined on their end, but when I looked at my wallet on Apple Pay, the money was showing as withdrawn. Where did the money go if I did not pay them? Did it disappear to thin air? The staff did not want to believe me, even though I could hear the staff expressing how slow the Wi-Fi was throughout my appointment. Even though I had shown proof that my money was showing as deducted. After figuring things out, I still did not get an apology for all the judgment and the criticism nor did I get the owner's information like I had requested so that I can express my concerns to him as a first time customer .. I would not be going there if I didn't have the money to pay for these services plus I left my nail tech a $20 regardless of the pain and suffering I experienced here. I will not be coming back to this nail spa. I asked to speak to the owner because of the and response that I got was that the owner is "working". I don't care that the owner is working. I don't care if he's on vacation. I was planning on coming back here for future visits , but I will take my business elsewhere. Fix your Wi-Fi, fix your staffs attitudes. Learn how to properly process Apple payments from now on. read more

We were able to make a reservation for two gel manicures easily by phone on Saturday afternoon. There was no wait when we arrived, in fact the place was empty. We were handed a single ring each (they were duplicates of one another) with an extremely limited selection of gel colors. We inquired at least three times whether these were all of the available colors and were told it was. At the very end, when they were out of the color my friend chose from the limited selection, they brought out a whole other selection of colors... it turned out there was another ring with more colors, this other ring was closer to the colors I was looking for ... my nails were already done by this time. I still cannot figure out why those colors were hidden and not shared with us. I am still confused and disappointed by this because I settled for the color I have and would have picked from the other samples. Another major issue was that the woman doing my friends nails was barely cutting any of her cuticles. We had to ask several times for them to be addressed better. Ultimately, the girl doing my nails had to take over my friends once mine were done. Also, be careful when they out the hot towel on your hand at the end. It was VERY hot, to the point where I pulled my hand back but still left with a red hand. Giving two stars instead of one because the length and shape of my nails is good and the girl doing my nails did get all of my cuticles really well. The gel polish is done ok, however I suspect in a week or so it will need maintenance because of the way it is applied in the corners/sides. read more

MEN, you may get looks from the customers when you walk in (which prompted me to call some of them out for staring) but the nail technicians don't blink an eye. Decided I wanted to get my nails done and called to check if they had any availability 15 minutes from when I called which they did. I arrived and noticed that the place was clean and had a relaxing vibe. Lily did my nails. She took her time with the prep and was quite efficient especially with the design I requested. Takes a certain finesse to draw these thin lines and she has it. Lily was so nice too. All the ladies were nice actually. They all came over and complimented my nails when Lily was done. I was excited to be able to get a nail appointment the day after Christmas. I think the name of the lady who did my nails was Lillie. She did a great job from start to finish. She tried the new tap gel which has a non toxic base. I appreciated she took her time when shaping my nails and checked that each nail was even and straight! The place was clean and didn't have a strong chemical smell like other salons. Happy to have found this place and will come back! read more

Great quality work. Nails lasted 2-4 weeks for TAP and cute new years design. Daughter did gels w star French tips, very cute. She plays volleyball and they stayed on about 2 weeks but that's due to her being quite active w the hands. Nice ladies. Parking was in the back and also street parking avail. Very busy but takes walk-ins. Better to make appt just in case. Very clean. Lots of colors. read more

Wow, just WOW! First of all, I'd like to comment on how incredibly sweet and friendly all the staff are here. They got me in a chair right away and we got into a conversation about my valentines plans and cracked jokes with each other. They were just the sweetest!! I got a mani/pedi and callous treatment, plus a design on my nails all for $100, which I think is more than reasonable. The salt scrub felt amazing and they just went on and on and on with the best leg massage I've ever had!! I was there for maybe and hour and a half, where I was treated with massage for almost the entire time! They even gave me a neck and shoulder massage that had me melting like butter. Seriously, I'd so much rather come here than a massage studio, they did amazing!! They also gave me a nice hot cup of green tea to enjoy while my feet and legs were being generously massaged! My nails are adorable and look fantastic, perfect for Valentine's Day! I cannot rant enough about how great this place is! I think this will be my new regular haunt. I highly recommend coming to this spa, as you'll be treated like a queen!! I feel great, look great, and almost 24 hours later, still smell great with all the creams and lotions they used on me! Also worth mentioning: Very clean and sanitary Great smelling Callus treatment did wonders for my dry, cracked feet I gave a large tip and recommend others do as well, since their prices are so reasonable and service so spectacular! read more

On both visits, they had staffing issues. Even though I made an appointment, it always seems like they get delayed because they've overbooked and/or don't have enough nail technicians. The first time I got a pedicure with spa treatment done and I watched as people who came in with appointments waited past their appointment times to be seen. A pedicure with spa treatment is supposed to be an hour, but I was there for two to three hours. On my most recent visit, I opted for the therapeutic pedicure. The menu listed it as "60 minutes", so I was under the impression that the massage session would be sixty minutes. It lasted fifteen minutes. The nail technician I had spent at most forty-five minutes with me before moving on and never coming back. I still had the paper towel between my toes. I waited half an hour before having to wave someone down to assist me. One of my nails was not trimmed straight, so I asked if they could snip it for me. Another nail technician (sorry, I forget her name, but I think she's the owner), ended up filing and repainting the whole set. She did a great job and offered extra massage for next time. I brought up the confusion with the therapeutic pedicure session twice throughout, but the receptionist still charged me for the therapeutic pedicure. So long story short, unless you are expecting a fifteen minute massage and spending $20 extra for it, DON'T go for the therapeutic pedicure. In the future, I'll opt for the traditional pedicure or splurge on another spa treatment (rose and champagne is currently my go-to). Also, if you can, book your appointment earlier in the day before they get backed up with appointments and walk-ins.

I was so overwhelmed by two people trying to figure out how to create a cat eye manicure that by the end of it I did not pay attention to my toes until I go lt home. To my surprise she had left a gap from where the skin is to where the nail polish starts, leaving an outgrown look :( I was so upset!! However, time is of essence and I had to let it be. Four days later my the gel had already chipped, which was incredibly frustrating considering I paid $120.... **One week later** I was in the shower washing my hair and the gel polish kept getting stuck on my hair, I'm not kidding when I say I took the nails off like it was stickers... I attached a photo for reference, I literally took them off in the shower whiteout any issues! I basically paid $120 for garbage. The people working here are shady, and expensive. I would never ever go back and if anybody is thinking about going to this salon I hope this helps, please be careful, save your money and go elsewhere.

If you opt for a pedicure, I highly recommend getting the the honey pearl scent ( I believe that's what it was called). Oh my goodness, it smelled so good. I was tempted to close my eyes at one point, but I just know I would've fell asleep.

I went here today on the recommendation of Yelp and was not disappointed! I had a Organic Deluxe Mani/Pedi there with Hillary and Tiffany and it was above my expectation. This place deserves 5 stars!!! *100% Organic products, Made in USA (The owner showed us his products after we asked for) *Plastic liners each individual bowl (for sure I will not get any bacteria from plumping/jets bowl) *Organic Zoya nail polishes (i don't get high off the paint smell) *Fresh air & Clean (No Acrylic, no nasty smell) *Quiet atmosphere (if I weren't with friends, I would have taken a nap) *Brand new massage chairs, so powerful! *Customer service (the girls here are so nice and friendly) Also, they gave me a promoted reward card for free paraffin and $$ for next times. I have been seeking a nail place that does great nail art for a while. I decided to try this place based on yelp reviews and I am so happy I did! Lily did my nails and the amount of detail in the snowflakes and candy cane nails is incredible. She is truly an artist. She exceeded my expectations and found nail art examples better than what I found on Pinterest as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted before my appointment. She understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. Overall, the staff here is amazing. They were able to schedule me and my daughter for the same day. Their prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed my treat out with my aunt at this pleasant organic salon. We enjoyed tea, and a long luxurious massage on our hands/arms and feet/legs. The massage chairs allow you to lean back and the foot bath doesn't push away when you kick back as they are connected to the chair. I tried the white chocolate deluxe mani/pedi. Smells great. Also peaceful atmosphere in a cozy spot on Main Street. The staff was very attentive and the shop and equipment are new. No fake nails here, so no chemical smells to tolerate. Enjoy! read more

Just had a fantastic manicure and pedicure here. I was skeptical about the salon being organic. I couldn't smell any chemicals. This is probably the cleanest nail salon in Pleasanton. Their sanitation practices are excellent. everything is for one time use. Foot massage given with pedicure is very good. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I definately recommend this place to anyone who is going chemical free. read more

Some areas were so irritated they even bled. I've had my nails done many times elsewhere and have never experienced that level of discomfort. The salon appears to be run by just two people, and the techniques feel outdated. The pedicure "massage" was barely a massage at all, it felt more like cream being spread on my legs for a few seconds even for a delux pedi. The manicure was also very mediocre. My nails weren't cleaned properly underneath, and they even nicked and chipped some of my nails during the service. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, but it's usually empty, and after this experience I understand why. I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it based on the quality of service I received.
