To me the best thing about this place is the convenience of scheduling. We were told about this place from a neighbor on a Friday & we are able to get in that Sunday! All of our other groomers, we'd call and wait weeks! We felt like they did a good job. They had our 100lb lab for about 3 hours in total. Our only complaint is it seems to be really loud, which seemed to stress out our dog. Pretty standard for any grooming place, but for some reason he seemed more stressed when we got him than usual. We should note he has extremely sensitive skin/allergies - we did their deshedding treatment (not oatmeal) & overall he did fine with it. He smelled clean, but not an overpowering smell. I can't say enough good things about Un at Pet Bar Lakeline. Our Mocha is a very anxious Cocker Spaniel and Un was so calm and relaxed with her that Mocha completely relaxed herself. Except for a little panting, she simply let Un groom her face and paws - the two areas she didn't like being clipped/shaved/trimmed before. We have found our new doggie spa heaven!!! I've been bringing my dogs to Petbar in Cedar Park for a couple of years now, and Sheila has been absolutely wonderful with both of them. I have a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees and a 16-year-old deaf Maltipoo, and she handles each of their needs with so much care, patience, and professionalism. My Pyrenees always comes home looking fluffy, clean, dematted and gorgeous, and my senior Maltipoo is treated with such gentleness and compassion -- it's clear Sheila truly loves what she does. Staff was so friendly (LOVED GENEVIEVE!!!) and attentive when it came to my questions and what kind of haircut I wanted for my pup. I dropped him off at 8 am and he was done by 9! I love that they have cameras (tv lobby screen shows the cameras through out the facility) which I appreciate since this was our first time trying them out (help ease the mind or if you're like me and are just nosy about what goes on behind the scenes). DO NOT GO TO THE PET BAR IN CEDAR PARK. we had been once for Gus our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the first time they did a great job. We scheduled with the same groomer and when he got home we realised they cut the whiskers on his face!!! The first photo is him before- Second is after. What a fantastic pet SPA this is! I am so grateful to have discovered this place! It's a class above! My pooch is literally my child and we all want what's best for our child, and this literally is the best! Team- Every single person here is warm, friendly and dog loving! I got there early to pick my dog as I missed the txt on timing. I sat and watched the ladies interacting with the dogs and was like wow, these guys care! The owner was literally rocking one of the dogs like it's her baby and showering him with so much love! UN was my poochs stylist, she groomed my baby to perfection! She cared so much she even took pics of the areas on my pooch she was concerned about. My pup smelt amazing and looked fabulous! Lex the manager was so great, kind and helpful! She educated the us about the monthly membership. Just a quick note for all newbies, it's worth the money! Your pooch will thank you! Sign UP! Lex was super kind and courteous that working with them just became a feel good experience! Product- they use fantastic product that's easy on our fur babies skin. My dog didn't only smell great, but he was also soft and shiny. And looks like they use high quality stuff as he hasn't been itching after his bath. Place- it's open space! Super clean! What I love most is they don't have canals for dogs. The pups have their own little cabin like room to wait in when done. They even have stands where you can give your pooch a bath yourself! The website says you can self wash 1/2 hour before closing. But the employee would not allow, she says must be 1 hour before closing. Mind you, there was no one there and she was doing nothing but sitting in a chair. read more

We took our 4 month puppy here today and thought the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They just opened so they were not overly busy. The other location was booked straight for like another week, so we choose this one. A normal hair cut and shampoo for a dog under 9 lbs is like $75-85 - which IMO is crazy, but very typical when I did a quick price shop. Their website has up to date and detailed information. However, we got a puppy cut and we were charged less. That is because they are not able to cut too much hair off from a puppy without making it a bad experience and making future visits difficult especially for a yorkie - apparently they are very stubborn. The online booking system is fantastic! That's what ultimately made me book here. When I arrived to pick up the dog, she seemed in good spirits and the staff was giving her lots of attention. They were even good with my toddler or a son who wanted to take a pumpkin:-) read more

Let me start by saying I'm a ridiculous helicopter parent with my dog. Since getting him we've only been using a van service for grooming because I don't like drop offs. After a horrible experience with razor burn, a friend recommended Petbar on Whitestone blvd. OH MY GOD!! What an incredible experience. Sheila did a great job on my baby. He looks super cute, he was really mated on his fur due to wearing his sweater. She managed to save some fur while looking cute. Worst groom I've ever seen on a dog. My sister took her senior dog (13 years) to get groomed. She's been here before and had no problems with anyone who's groomed her before. This time, Mark was the guy who groomed her and she was uneven, her nails were cut to the quick, she had burn marks on her pads, nicks on her face, and her anal glans squeezed so hard that it hurts her to sit and she's swollen. Their idea of "making it right" is to give her a free bath and a note on her account to not have this guy groom her again. As for Mark, he's only getting a serious sit down conversation. Now, they did say that if she was taken to the vet, to let them know what is said and THEN they'd get the owner involved. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating and Un, the dog groomer, is too! She enquired on what my Cockapoo's grooming requirements were, handled her very well and my pup came back without any cuts/scratches (which happens quite a bit with grooming but in this case, none) with manageable fur sporting a fall bandana :-) and nails trimmed and buffed! Sheila has also previously done a good job taming my pup's fur and sent her back with long eyelashes and a floral band :-) read more

I took my dog for the first time to PetBar (we usually do mobile grooming service) and Un groomed our dog. She was absolutely amazing, looking at photos of what I wanted, and grooming her to my specifications. After the second grooming, my dog is already becoming more comfortable with her. Pricing is good, cheaper than mobile grooming. Clean facility and very easy to book online. I would definitely recommend them for your grooming needs! read more
