She has n easy-going attitude, and my pooch took to her immediately. The place is clean and professional in terms of appearance. Most important for my puppy- it was quiet at this time of day. My dog is pretty high anxiety as most little pups are, and usually barks incessantly while being groomed. Not this time. He was quiet and he was well behaved. Slawa had that effect on him. On the morning of May 3rd, I took my 1-year-old puppy to the vet for his routine annual checkup. The vet said everything looked great and recommended I take him to a groomer soon to have the hair in his ears trimmed. That same day, I decided to take him--along with my two other dogs a place I had used twice before and previously liked. But this visit went completely wrong. Later that day, I received a call simply letting me know the dogs were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that my 11-year-old dog had suffered a deep cut on her leg. The staff told me at pickup and said they had already arranged everything with an emergency vet, She was bleeding on the way, and the wound required three stitches. However, they only told me about the deep cut. We later discovered she also had a second, smaller cut near her elbow, which was never mentioned and only noticed the following day at home.(No follow up call to check on the dog was made from their end) As for my 1-year-old puppy--not a single injury was reported to me. After getting home, I discovered he had two superficial cuts on his skin, a cut on his ear, and the most serious injury--a razor burn on his testicles. None of this was brought to my attention at pickup the staff didn't even notice the injuries, which is extremely concerning. I had to take him to my vet for treatment and pay all costs out of pocket. Despite all of this, we were charged in full for the grooming, prompted to leave a tip, and even billed a "convenience fee"--with no explanation as to what that fee was for. Accidents can happen, but transparency, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiable when caring for pets. This experience showed a complete lack of awareness and communication. I will not be returning, and I urge other pet owners to be extremely cautious before bringing their pets here All the photos are attached.

She takes only a dog at a time (or two if you have two, but essentially one client at a time), so you don't have to worry about them being pent up in a cage for hours. After doing my research, I contacted Arman's and set up an appointment for this past Thursday at 10:00 A.M. The women on the phone was very nice explained they did one pet at a time, my "Sansa' would never be in a cage and she would be ready in 90 minutes to 2 hours. Arrived at 10 AM located in strip mall, nice big clean place. Explained what I wanted done, and left the princess. Exactly 90 minutes later I was contacted to tell me the puppy was ready and she was great during the entire grooming. When I went to pick her up two things stood out. First off when I pick her up from the groomer she is agitated and nervous. Not today, she was in great spirits playful and happy. Secondly was the great job that was done on her coat. She has tons of hair very heavy and the job they did was nothing short of spectacular. I can say without hesitation this will be my go to spot for my puppy in the future. Simply OUTSTANDING!
