I approached the checkout line and there were 2 employees behind the counter and they just ignored me. Finally the older of the two said that the other clerk would take care of me. So the process started, I had 3 items halfway through the clerk started a conversation with a fellow employee. I finally interrupted her and asked to complete my checkout. It is unfortunate that the employees and managers at this location are not doing their job unless their job is to sell products that they refuse deliver! I have been a customer at this location for years and have now had 2 incidents with this location. When I ask for my sale to be delivered it was refused. Then the situation was followed by employees and the manager making demeaning remarks to me. Unbelievable the lack of customer service here. I took my doodle to get groomed on Friday. While I was unhappy with the cut style, I can get over that. I chose the second to longest shave. My dog came home with 2 spots that were shaved too closely, one bloody. I didn't notice it until I got home or I would have addressed it. I would have preferred the groomer to acknowledge it. While walking around the store, I had to tell an associate how a dog jacket should be put on. We won't be returning for service. read more

I took my yorkie into to get groomed for the second time now. A few hours later I get a call that she is ready I pick her up and her cut is not even what I wanted way too short close to the skin and didnt even cut all the hair. I took my dog to have his nails trimmed at the groomer inside Petco. In the past, our vet trimmed our dog's nails but last time was a bad experience and left my dog anxious any time anyone got near his nails. I had to pick up bedding for another pet at home so I ran to Petco and brought my dog. While there I asked about having his nails trimmed and explained his anxiety. The young ladies were SO friendly and knowledgeable and my dog went right with them, no hesitation. I watched through the window and his tail wagged the entire time! They gave us a treat bag with dog snacks and a coupon for 20% off our next visit. I could not be any happier with our experience today and will definitely be going back! I believe the young lady who trimmed and buffed his nails was named Ashlyn -- highly recommended! read more

Manager got confrontational and rude, when we pointed out that a sale sign was misleading. Arguing with customers for something trivial doesn't get you repeat business. Same shampoos are cheaper in Walmart next door anyway, which is where we went. Won't be back at this place. read more

I have taken our Schnauzer there for a year now for grooming. Most of the groomers did a good job, but I prefer Staci for my dog. It takes about two hours, and the shopping center makes it easy to run errands while I wait. She comes out looking and smelling wonderful! All of the store staff have been friendly and helpful. read more
